It's Friday morning The sun light is covering half of you're face while you lay in bed. "WAKE UP " You hear a loud voice say in the other room of the house. You know this voice it's your mother.. As you slowly get out of bed and wake up you suddenly realize something . "SHIT! I FORGOT " you yell out Your heart felt as if it sank as you remembered what day today was. This Friday was the day you took off for the Hunters exam! As you rush to get ready putting on a white crop with a black cover up and black sweats you hear a knock on the door. Crap it's Gon. You and Gon have talked about doing the Hunter exam for awhile now. He wanted to find his father and you wanted to help your parents with their financial situations. You and Gon have been friends for awhile now and grown up as friends on the island . "Y/N HURRY UP" your mom yells out "COMING " you respond
You grab your bag and put on your shoes. "Hi y/n! " Gon says in an excited tone with a cheerful expression. "You ready?" Asks Gon "Yep! " you say "Let's get going then!"
"Good luck y/n, I'll miss you and please don't get hurt." Your mom says with a gloomy expression. "We will be waiting for you right here " your dad explains
" I'll miss you guys too" you say You go give your parents a hug before saying "I love you guys " "Bye now " you say as you wave goodbye to your parents while walking with Gon.
"Ahhh I'm so excited!!!" Gon says and looks like he's going to jump. "Haha, I can see that " "Hey! I've been waiting for this for awhile now!" He shouts "I know, I know " you say with a sigh following afterwards "What's wrong?" Gon asks after noticing "Nothing I'm just a bit nervous about this " you explain "Don't be, I'll be here with you the whole time " he says with a cheeky smile on his face
Ok, you and Gon have finally made it to the ship and it's time to board . You walk on to the dock and get on board. "Holy crap " you exclaim as you see the what seems other 300 people already on the ship "Welp better find a comfy place to rest " Gon says as he starts walking off "HEY! Wait for me!" You shout while running to catch up with him
After you and Gon find a place to rest and sit down for a bit you see that the boat has finally started moving. "Welp no going back now " you say "Yep! I can't wait to get there "Gon says "Hey y/n?" Gon asks "Yea? " you respond " I think I'm going to explore the ship for a bit do you want to come with?" Gon asked as he slowly starts to stand up "No thanks, I'm a bit tired " you say as a sweat drop runs down your face. "Ok we'll I'll be back in a bit " gon says while smiling before running off
"Geez wonder where he gets all that energy from" You whisper to yourself
Welp this ship ride is about 6 hours long might as well rest for a bit. You put your bag down using it as a pillow. Your eyes start to doze off before you hear a faint sound. "Hey!" A mysterious voice calls out
