It was 2016. I was _. I asked my dad were there any popular Malaysian shows? My dad searched up something called Boboiboy. It was in Malay so, I didn't understand. ( I'm Malaysian but the local language, Malay was in fact my second language. English was my first. (My house also didn't have Netflix yet.) I didn't really enjoy the show, so I stopped watching Boboiboy yet.
When the movie came out, I was at the cinema with my uncle, cousins and my dad watching BBBTM. I don't remember anything but al I remember was Boboiboy using his hepta-split for the first time. I was then a bit intrested on who was Boboiboy and his gang. (My mom and aunt were at my cousin's house.) My sister was just born.
Four years later, in 2019, BBBM2 came out. I already understood Malay at the time. Everyday, the song Fire & Water by Faizal Tahir played on TV. I can't really remember what TV channel was it but I do remember me and my 3 year old sister dancing and singing to the song. We would cry if our parents changed the TV channel. I hadn't watched BBB the series and BBB Galaxy S1 yet at the time. So, I watched the 2nd movie. I already understood the system of his and his friends powers.
I hated 2020 because of Covid-19. I missed my friends but on the other hand, had at the time in the world to watch BBB Galaxy. The saddest part of the series was exactly before Solar appeared.
2022. I finally had the time to watch BBB the series (because the series has three seasons! SOO long!!!) At the time, I was really into Avengers(MARVEL)and Transformers at the moment. The way I did everything was pretty American. But I spoke Malay very fluently.
Now in 2024, I rewatched BBBTM and BBBM2 3 times, BBB Sori (BBBGS2) 3 times and I can't even remember how many times have I watched the original series. I'm also patiently waiting for BBBGS3 (BBB Windara) to come out in July. Also, me and my sister are saving up money for BBBS2 comics and some cards from the 'Pek Rumble' and 'Pek Satria' . We don't even have the first comic series!
And here I am, writing 2 books on fanfics about Boboiboy Elemental Brothers (BEB) and BoYa. Don't forget to check those out! Bye!!!
