"I park sungho, future alpha of blue moon pack reject omega Jeon Jungkook as my mate and future Luna of the pack." The moment those words left sungho's mouth , jungkook felt a harsh pain flowing through his veins.
His wolf Coco howled in agony and he lost in conciousness. Sungho left the place and didn't care to look back at his rejected mate.
Jungkook kept lying unconscious there until someone from the pack saw and admitted him in the pack clinic.
It's been three days and he is still unconscious. his best friend younger son of alpha park, jimin was staying with him and taking care of him.
Doctor clearly told him that jungkook's wolf is weak to the point of dying and if he didn't woke up soon ,he will be dead in his sleep.
To say jimin was worried would be an understatement. jungkook is an orphan his parents were rogues and after their death jungkook took shelter in blue moon packs orphanage.
He was only seven years old. His doe eyes and bunny smile won heart of every member of the orphanage.
As the time passed his cuteness bloomed into beauty. Being an omega he was naturally beautiful. But somehow his beauty was beyond words. He was a walking dream.
Even after being kind and soft hearted he had lot of enemies. His enemies consist of mostly the she Wolf's who are jealous of his beauty.
Jungkook and jimin met on a full moon festival and immediately clicked. They were like water and sugar hard to get separated.
Jimin an omega himself was beautiful and cute. His eyes smile and caring behaviour can make anyone melt for him. They were known as dynamic omega duo in their pack.
Werewolves find their mates after turning 18. As jungkook crossed the age of seventeen rumours about him being a w*ore Started circulating in the pack .
The wolves who used to adore him now made a distance from him, they felt disgusted being in company of a pack s*ut.
Jungkook was hurt by their behaviour change. Yet he tried to stay positive. In this one year he got to know who his real friends are.
Only jimin , hoseok and jimin's cousin from red moon pack supported him in his difficult time. They knew jungkook was opposite of how others are trying to paint him.
Jungkook stayed strong, he was waiting for his mate . A mate who will love him with his everything and would stand by him against the world.
However his dream crumbled down when he found that his mate was the future alpha of the pack. Sungho was well known for his anger and arrogant behavior. To make the things worst he was in a relationship with kang aeri.
She was Nothing but a b*tch to jungkook. She bullied him , called him names. Tearing jungkook's books , pouring drinks on him or tripping him intentionally was quite common for them.
Jimin many times tried to intervene, being an omega he himself was weaker in front of aeri who was an Alpha.
On his 18th bday when jungkook was walking through the pack grounds his wolf Coco started howling in ecstacy . He was hit by the overwhelming scent of burning wood.
Coco started Chanting " mate ,mate"
Jungkook took a quick look from where the scent is coming. He started walking towards sungho , who scrunched his nose in disgust and walked opposite side of the omega.
Coco felt rejected. He was in pain of his Alpha's ignorance. Being an omega he was sensitive, omega's need their mate to make them feel safe and protected.
However, sungho ignored his whole existing . For next many days Jung tried to talk to sungho but got ignored or glared at everytime. His wolf was too hurt to comprehend why their mate was so cold towards them.
He didn't even told jimin and his other friends, he was suffering in silence alone.
On the day when sungho was officially taking the place of pack alpha a grand party was organised and whole pack was invited.
Their cousins from red moon pack were also invited. However they couldn't join cuz of some reasons.
Jungkook's wolf was agitated from the moment he opened his eyes in morning.
"Everything will be fine Coco , we can do this, you are not alone " he got nothing but a painful whine from his wolf.
Almost everyone was enjoying the party except jungkook who was on edge. He heard gossips about how sungho is going to announce their Luna's name during the party .
"Welcome my fellow pack members, and our guests . I head alpha park jaewon like to introduce my son and the next head alpha of blue moon pack , park sungho." Jungkook saw sungho walking towards the stage.
He felt like someone stabbing his heart. His mate has a blinding smile on his face and he was holding hands with another she-wolf.
Jungkook was never close to sungho, however the mate bond draw him towards sungho and now it was making jungkook weak and vulnerable.
" thankyou father, before taking responsibility as the head alpha , i would like you to meet your Luna ,my chosen mate, Kang aeri. she is daughter of the beta of our pack."
People clapped for their welcome. Jungkook's eyes brimmed with tears when they announced about their mating and marking on next full moon.
Jungkook left the party and ran towards the forest to seek some comfort away from his mate and it's betrayal.
Meanwhile in th party people start murmuring that aeri is not the real Luna. She is just a chosen mate not fated one. Many of the elder pack members wanted sungho to wait for his fated mate. Their advice made him more angry .
In his rage , he followed jungkook's scent and saw him crying near the waterfalls. Jungkook was shining like a moon in moonlight. For a moment he got enchanted. He came out of his stupor when he realised he was staring at the omega more than necessary.
Jungkook knew he was not alone, the scent of burnt wood was filling his lungs. But instead of calming his wolf it increased his agitation. He was choking on the scent and before he could understand anything sungho pulled him by his arms.
