This I the story of Angelo and how he came to be. You can skip if you want but I wouldn't recommend. Btw this takes place right after Charlie's meeting in heaven (episode 6)

Sera was still shaken up while walking up the stairs to Micheal's office. First the princess of hell comes to heaven and Emily is all over her.
Then Adam tells the whole court about the exterminations.
Well, to be honest she wasn't as stressed about the whole court knowing. She was more stressed about Emily knowing, Sera is- was Emily's idol and mother figure. Sera took care of Emily ever since she was created and also saw her as a daughter and now Emily won't even talk to her. But that's not the worst about this day.
Emily agrees with the idea the daughter of Lucifer proposed: they should try and rehabilitate sinners instead of killing them. She even disobeyed Sera! Emily never ever did that!

And now... Michael wants a meeting with Sera to discuss "the issue." To say that Sera was terrified was an understatement. What if Emily ends up fallen? Or worse-

As she stood in front of the big sparkling golden doors deep in thought and worry a deep male voice said
"Come in, Sera."
She was startled a bit but took a deep breath to pull herself together and went in.
"What was it you wanted to discuss?" Sera said with a calm and clear tone trying to hide her worry, but Micheal saw right through her.
"No need to worry. Emily won't fall-"
As those words came out his mouth Sera felt like a million pounds was just take of her shoulders
"yet." He continued and all the weight that just fell of Sera's shoulders came right back.
"Then why did you call me here." She said her vice a bit shaky but still very clear.
"I just wanted to inform you that soon another seraphim will join you and Emily" his blue eyes piercing through Sera's soul as his blue cheek marks and mouth lifted into a grin.
Sera was in utter shock. Micheal said Emily won't fall yet but this. One more step out the line and Emily is gone. She didn't know what to say. Her heart was telling her to protest, to tell him Emily did nothing wrong, that she is just a child. But her mind knew: there was no use. It has already been decided.
"Is that all you need of me?" Sera says in the calmest tone she could in that moment.
"Yes. You may leave now." He said turning his head away and gesturing his hand to the door. Sera didn't say another word, she just quickly ran out the office to speak with Emily.

"Emily." She said knocking on Emily's door.
"Go away." Said Emily in a normal tone but Sera felt the undertone of annoyance in it.
"Please, we have to talk. It's urgent!" She said in a  panicky way.
"Ok, fine!" Emily says as she got up and opened the door. Sera came in and took a very deep breath as she spoke.
"Emily... they are in the progress of creating a... new seraphim" Emily had an extremely excited look on her face but then as she say the sadness in Sera's eyes all the excitement turned into confusion.
"Is that a bad thing?" She asked confused.
Sera paused for a second before she answered.
"It's the last step."
"Last step to what?" She said still not understanding where the head seraphim was going with this.
"Before..." Sera paused again.
"Before what?" Emily was even more confused.
Sera took Emily's hand and said.
"The last step before and Angel falls." In an attempt to comfort herself Emily hugged Sera and tried to hold back tears.
"I-I don't wanna fall, Sera." she said with trembling fear in her voice. Sera just hugged Emily back and told her.
"You won't" she spoke "just as long as there are no more slip ups."
"But those poor souls." She said.
"Don't need you to fall for them" Sera answered.
At that moment Micheal came in through the door.
"Why so sad? You're getting a new member. You should be happy" he said while pointing to his mouth smiling.
"What is it Micheal?" Sera said pulling away from Emily to face him. Emily still scared his behind Sera holding on to her dress like a little child. She hated being seen as a child but at that moment she didn't care.
"Why, here to drop off the new seraphim." He said stepping aside to reveal an 9 year old boy with white and baby blue hair, dark skin and blue eyes. Sera and Emily looked shocked to see the boy.
"His name is Angelo." Micheal spoke to break the silence.
"How original" Emily thought "an angel named Angelo"
"How come he only has one pair of wings" Sera asked confused as for a seraphim has 3 pairs of wings.
"They haven't grown yet" Micheal answer calmly "I may be off now lots of important things to do." Micheal announced as he walked out the room leaving the now 3 seraphims alone.
When Micheal was gone Emily came out from behind Sera and went over to Angelo.
"Hello, I'm Emily! Nice to meet you!" She started pulling out a hand towards the new seraphim.
"H-Hi" he mumbled taking it. By that point Sera came to him aswell.
"And I'm Sera the head seraphim." She proclaimed.
"H-Hi" the little angel murmured again letting go of Emily's hand.
"Great! Now that we all know each other let us show you around." Emily exclaimed excitedly. She was still scared about what could come but the tour might be able to take her mind off that topic. After all she just got a little brother.
