Chapter 10

Minnie's pov:

I told Yuqi to talk in her room.
I hated when Yuqi cried like this, it breaks my heart seen her like this.

"Lucas... Shuhua believed Lucas over me.... Lucas said that I was the one who ruined his life.... AND SHE BELIEVED HIM OVER ME!" Yuqi was having a panic attack, she always has one when she is frustrated but not like this, she always had smaller ones.

"Yuqi look at me"I told her and held her hands. She didn't move and was sobbing.

"Breathe, Yuqi, look at me and breathe" she looked at me tears running down her cheeks.

"I-I ca-can't" I felt so bad for her, I wanted to cry too.

"Breathe in... breathe out" I repeated that until her breath was stable.

"Talk calmly, why did you yell at Soyeon?"

"I-I don't know!" She started crying again.

"Yuqi, don't cry. You're not going to solve anything crying, are you?"

She calmed down and told me everything, after that I told her to rest.

Sometimes I feel so bad for Yuqi, I remember one time when we were in Beijing, that boy Lucas almost "kidnapped" Yuqi because he was madly in love with her and she was so scared, that she didn't come out of her room for weeks.

Next day, Soyeon's Pov:

I got to school looking for Yuqi, because she hasn't answered my calls or messages yesterday and I was really worried. I tried looking for her but she was nowhere to be found, so I tried to ask Shuhua. They are best friends after all, aren't they?

Shuhua was with Lucas laughing at all his jokes.

"Hi Shuhua" I said while walking towards them.

Shuhua stopped laughing, got serious and looked at me "Hi"

"I was wondering if you knew where Yuqi was, I've been looking for here but she's nowhere" When I said Yuqi, Shuhua's face turned angry and looked away...?

"I don't know where she is and I don't care" okay? So she doesn't care about Yuqi? That's weird.

After classes were over, I saw Minnie, Yuqi's stepsister and I went to ask her. She was with her girlfriend Miyeon.

"Hey guys!" I waved at them.

"Hey!" They both said at the same time.

"Minnie, why didn't Yuqi come today?" Her face was worried all of the sudden.

"Emm, she just doesn't feel really well" I saw Miyeon hug Minnie tightly and giving her 'it's going to be okay' look. Something was up and it wasn't just because she wasn't feeling well.

"I was wondering if I could come over to your house to talk to her"

"I don't think that's a really good idea Soyeon"

"Please Min, I beg you, pretty please" I really need to know what's going on with Yuqi.

"Fine, but don't stay too long" Minnie started walking and I followed.

After leaving Miyeon at her house, we arrived at Minnie's.

"She's in her room, upstairs the first one in the right, go and try talk to her, but if she doesn't want to then don't force her" Minnie said with a very serious tone while unlocking the door.

"Okay, I promise it won't take to long"

I ran upstairs and found Yuqi's room, I knocked twice.

"Minnie, I don't want to talk right now" she said, her voice sounded tired.

"Yuqi, it's Soyeon"

There was a long silence before she said "Soyeon, please go to your house, I don't have the energy to argue right now"

-argue? Why would we argue?- I thought.

"Yuqi, please open the door, I just want to talk to you, Please" I begged her.
