I Heard You Liked Cats

Huh..?

She thought as she got out of bed and looked out the window.

Nobody was there, just street lights with bugs circling around them as the lights flickered on and off.

Nothing out of the ordinary, but it seemed more creepy than usual.

Sighing, she figured it was some middle school brats playing a prank on her.

Nothing out of the ordinary again.

Shrugging it off, she just goes back to bed.

There was another hit.

Ignoring it, she tries to fall back to sleep.

Another hit.

She then shoots out of bed, visibly annoyed she runs outside wearing her pink satin shirt shirt and pink satin pajama shorts with bows on the side.

She didn't care if she looked insane she just wanted to give these punks a piece of her mind.

She walks around the house and sees nothing.

As expected.

Not wanting to deal with this anymore, but just for safety, she just decides to patrol the area with pepper spray in her hand.

Not that she'd need to spray a bunch of middle school punks, but just for her protection if things went bad.

Walking around for about 8 minutes, she thinks it's safe now to go back inside and starts walking over to the front door.

It certainly was cold out.

"I probably should have put on warmer clothes." She mumbled out loud while walking around to the front door.

Making it in the house, she was kind of thirsty, so she grabbed a glass of water and started to drink it.

"What was that.."

She thought as she finished her glass of water and put it in the dishwasher.

She then heads to her room, still puzzled about recent events.

Just as she opened the door to her room, the power went out, and the only light that shone was the moonlight now.

"..."

She now had a bit of a worried look to her face now.

A bit scared, she gulps.

But something didn't make much sense to her.

How could anybody turn the generator off.. it's outside but covered by electric wires so they'd get electrocuted.

How could someone get in?!

Grabing a knife from the kitchen and heading outside to look, what she saw next, though, was truly just horrifying.

Y/n saw the generator absolutely destroyed, but there was a kitten completely gutted and blood drained with a knife sticking out of its one eye and a note attached to the knife.

The note that wrote:
