Third p.o.v

It's been a few months after Anya and her parents left and Damian wasn't doing any better

Emile and Ewen tried everything to Cheer him up

But nothing worked

Of course Becky was doing the same

Her friends tried to help her cope but Becky wanted her best friend back

And as for Anya she had to leave her life behind but that didn't mean she couldn't check on her friends so every few weeks

So She would come and spy on her friends to see how they were doing, loid always scolded her whenever he found out
But he acknowledged she missed her friends and sometimes he pretended he didn't know

"Becky you can't stay like this forever." Said Jessica

"Yeah" agreed another one of Becky's friends

"Maybe she'll come back"
Said emile

"I hope" whispered Damian

Ewen looked at his friend and looked at Becky then back at his friend

"Me too" said Ewen
Ewen realize that Damian had feelings for Anya

and ever since she left he always had this dull look to his eyes

"Hey boss man?" Said emile

"Yeah?"
Damian said in a voice that sounded like he went through the four stages of grief (Maybe he did)

"Do you think you will ever recover?"

Damian didn't respond for a few seconds

After five seconds he spoke
I a whisper

"No."

Anya who was listening to the entire conversation felt her heart kick her brain multiple times

Anya sighed
'im sorry sy-on boy'thought Anya

"Having fun spying?"

Anya jumped at the sudden voice
Before turning

"H-hey dad" Anya said with pure terror

"Hello sweet heart" loid said with a forced smile

'oh dear' Anya gulped and accepted her fate

"How many times do I have to tell you Anya you have to leave them behind" said loid in a worried voice

"I'm sorry dad I just really missed them" Anya apologized

Loid sighed and looked at his daughter "it's fine Anya but if you do it again you'll be facing your mother"

They both shiver at the thought of yor telling Anya off

"I'm home!" Shouts yor

"Mom!" Anya yells as she goes to help her mother with the groceries

Loid sighs and smiles as he can't stay mad at his daughter
