The first week of school had been a major success on all fronts, and Vivian was extremely smitten with the group of kids that she was teaching. On top of that, every day she drove the girls to school with her, and they'd settled into a nice routine. It made Vivian glad to be able to spend some more quality time with them.

Working as a teacher meant that Vivian was gone from the house about as often as Danny was, which, furthermore, meant that the cleanliness of the house was left primarily to Joey and Jesse.

Which, in turn, meant that the house was, in fact, not clean. This was quickly realized once the weekend finally hit, and she and Danny were able to assess the rumination of the week's activities.

Jesse & the Rippers had booked a gig at a sweet sixteen party on the Friday night, and he had mentioned that it would be an event that went into the early hours of Saturday morning. Vivian was used to this - dating a musician meant that their work hours often didn't align.

With a lingering kiss and a cheeky smack on the bum for good luck, Vivian had sent her boyfriend on his way and then had settled into bed with a good book and a glass of wine to enjoy her Friday night.

Then, Saturday came. And with it, it's own set of events.

-

It was in the midst of her shower that Vivian had began to notice it - a giant wad of dark hair sitting on the drain. She frowned, "Oh, gross..."

Then, as she stepped out and went to grab a towel, she realized that there was, in fact, no clean towels hanging on the rack.

Looking around desperately, she realized that desperate times called for desperate measures.

Opening the door ajar, Vivian peeked around the hallway, quickly noticing Joey lazily treading up the stairs. With only a moment's consideration, she made sure that she was hidden as she called out, "Joey!"

Joey froze in his steps, looking around, before shaking his head dramatically, "Oh no, this can't be happening again!"

Rolling her eyes, Vivian stuck her hand out of the door, "You're not hearing voices, Joey, it's me."

He wiped a fake sweat from his brow, "Phew. Last time I heard voices it was during sleep paralysis, and it sounded a lot like Peewee Herman."

Vivian blinked, not even able to begin to process that, before beckoning him closer. "That's probably something that needs to be brought to your therapist, Joe. Now, back to the original issue - I need a big favour from you."

Joey approached quite a bit closer, and as he began to get too close Vivian held her hand out further and cried out, "Stop! Stop!"

Joey frowned, trying to look through the small crack between the door frame and door, "What's going on in there, Viv?"

Vivian sighed, "There's no clean towels. I, uh, don't really have a change of clothes either. I was hoping that you could find me a clean towel and help me out, Joe."

Joey blinked, his eyes still stuck to the gap that she was peeking through, "Oh, yeah, um... so, you mean to say... you're not - you're... naked behind that door."

Vivian's brow furrowed as she watched the man get nervous, and she shook her hand in front of his face, "Hey! Stay focused! It's not like I shower in a full set of clothes. So yes, I am. But that's not a reason to lose focus, Joseph. I need you right now."

His eyes widened even more, and he choked, "You need me. Right. You need me. My help. Okay, yep. Naked woman behind the door needs me. I can help."

Vivian groaned, slamming the door shut. "Never mind!"
