Emaan gripped Arzal's brawny arm to steady herself, while he wrapped his arm around her tiny waist, pulling her close to him.

"I'm not wearing clothes..please koi ajayega." (Somebody might come.)

"Koi nahi ayega. It's only you and me." (Nobody will come.)

"Jo kaarnaama kiya hai aj usko theek kar ab." (Now rectify the misdeed you've done today.)

She raised her head and looked at him in bewilderment.

"Ring. Find the ring that I gave you."

Emaan gulped in fear as she scanned the spacious dining hall, doubting she would be able to find that ring.

"I-I can't look for it right now..I mean..I can't walk or stand..it's hurting.." she lowered her head.

"Toh crawl kar." (Then crawl.)

He harshly shoved her, causing her to tumble to the floor with a painful scream.

"I said fucking crawl!"

Her body jerked in fright, but with all her might, she crawled her way towards the corner of dining table where she thinks the ring might have went.

The whole area was spotless. She tried her best to look for it, but all in vain. Defeated, she let her body lie down in the middle of the hall. Tears flowed freely down her cheeks, fueled not only by exhaustion but also by a profound sense of humiliation; Arzal kept on passing dirty comments over her body and would not even let her cover her body with her hands.

"I can't find it..I want to go home.."

"Stand up."

"I..I want t-to go h-home.."

Arzal advanced towards her and stood her up by clutching her hair tightly.

"Aahh-let me go.."

He dragged her inside the kitchen and pushed her towards the cabinets. She supported herself by holding the counter.

"Cabinet khol."

In trepidation, she slowly extended her hand and opened the cabinet. Much to her surprise, the ring was right there!

Perplexity covered her face as she wondered why he had made her look for the ring when he had known the whole time where it was.

"Ring le ke idhar aa."

Emaan carefully picked up the ring and began to proceed, using the counter for support, when Arzal stopped her. "Stop there."

"Rengti huwi aa. Tujhe toh waisi bhi rengne ka bohat shauq hai na." (Crawl your way here. Anyways you like crawling so much.)

Once again, humiliation clouded her face. Despite the tears, she lowered her head in shame and slowly knelt down and began crawling towards him.

With great difficulty, she finally succeeded and extended her hand towards him without making eye contact with him.

"Look at me."

Unwillingly, she raised her head and glanced at his face, avoiding his eyes and instead focusing on his beard. She lacked the courage to meet his gaze directly.
