Aqugi reaches the campground within minutes of taking off towards it. She'd stopped at the entrance to scope the area, and it looks like there might've been an actual civilization residing here not just some campground. She takes her walkie talkie off her side with her finger on the talk button to report her findings to her crew. "Aquota, do you copy? " Aqugi throws out a flare to signal her crew that she's alright. "HI YES CAPTAIN I READ." Aqugi proceeds to scope the area some more as she leaps from a tent to a tree and then a guard house facing away from the main hut in the middle of the campground.
" We can all see the flare over here, have you found anything yet? " Aqugi lands back on the ground in front of the hut holding a charred stuffed toy she'd found looking around. "Yes, it seems like people actually stay here, but for how long and what the hell just went down here?" Aquota seems riddled with a familiar curiosity on his face. "I feel like I've read or either heard about this Capt. I can't quite put my finger on it but what you just described sounds too familiar."
Before Aqugi could respond she's alerted but the sound of scuffling coming from the half destroyed hut, then a man suddenly and abruptly appears in the middle of the floor who seems to be taking quite the beating from another older gentlemen wearing a deep purple long sleeved shirt. The young man's carrying a giant slingshot on his back, which he uses to then knock the older gentlemen across the room and through the wall with the hit being so powerful that the old man flew several miles away from the hut after breaking through the last wall and into the forest. The young man then takes his giant slingshot wraps the sling around his body and very literally shoots himself up into the sky as he slowly starts to glow red.
BOOM!! The hut explodes and Aqugi flies back several miles and is almost knocked unconscious. "Urghh" Aqugi can barely see as everything appears to her blurry, but she does notice the scenery surrounding her is moving though she's not moving herself, "so how am i moving then?" Aqugi's vision clears, and she's surprised to be jetting through the air while being carried by the young man that was fighting the older guy. "Heyy, stay with me now! are you okay?"
"Who are you? Put me down!" The young man extends his arm containing the slingshot to latch onto a tree as they come to an abrupt stop. "My name is Sarius... Sarius Sagittarius" he says while placing her down on her feet in the tree they've just landed in. "So, you're from the Lands of Jupiter? Interesting." Aqugi dusts off her shoulders and wipes some blood off her forehead that came from a minor injury caused from the sudden blast, and Sarius hands her a piece of his shirt to wrap up her head. "Thanks" Aqugi reaches her hand out. "Oh! um Yea, don't mention it." Sarius then reaches his hand out as well as they create a nice firm handshake. " So, I'm guessing your government sent you guys out for the reported level 7 threat as well huh?" Sarius pulls out a red envelope with the Sagittarius seal on containing the details to their mission and hands it to Aqugi.
"They told us even though it's a higher level treat that we would be fine handling something like this especially since there would be another country aiding this mission as well, But now this shitty situation has me starting to question this mission just as much as my subordinate Sanders did. Like there's no logical reason in hell as to why this mission was assigned to us and not a Top fiver."
Amid their talking both Aqugi and Sarius seem to have both lowered their guard as they appear defenseless chatting it up in a tree surrounded by mini forest fires, which is the perfect setup for a group of unclassified agents who happen to be closing in on the two captains from the shadows of the forest.
"CRICK!!" The slight snapping of a twig on the ground behind the tree that the two are standing in instantly triggers both Sarius and Aqugi's sensors as they both stop talking and look each other dead in the eye before grabbing each other's right hand using them to pull each other as close as possible, face to face in order to avoid the coordinated attack coming for them each from behind where they originally stood. One person completely covered in black scarfs behind Aqugi in the middle of swinging a large tree branch perfectly aimed at Aqugi's head as if it's a baseball sitting on a T-Ball stand unwillingly waiting for the batter to strike it with eruptive force.
