Shadows of Affection

~Chapter 5 ~

( On your phone call ) 

Y/n: " hey Minho ! "                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Minho: " Hi princess .. Did something happened  ? " 

Y/n :" I told you many times stop calling me ... You know what forget it and no nothing happened, I just  wanted to tell you ; do you wanna hang out with me later ? I mean not only me but also my friend AKA Yuri . " 

Minho :" Sure I would do anything for you , you know that right ? I will pick you up after school both of you by the car , meet me infront of   the school gate   . Okay princess I gotta go bye ! "

' That silly boy ' Y/n thought while chuckling . " Yuri-ah we will meet him after school infront of the gate don't forget ! " With that she earned a nod from the other girl smiling . 

( After school ) 

" Girl ! c'mon we have to hurry up he's probably waiting for us ! What are you even doing ? " Y/n shouted in the bathroom making the other girls there stare . " okay ! okay ! stop yelling I finished... " 

Suddenly Yuri came out with a different outfit . She was wearing a top which was revealing her belly botton also shorts ( the seducing way you know ) . " Why are you wearing all of this we're just going to the fun fair ." y/n added in annoyance . " Yes and what is wrog with that ? Is it bad or do I look ugly ? " Yuri answered which made y/n shaking her head .

" okay now c'mon we have to go ! " . 

" Hi Minho , I'm really sorry for making you wait . " y/n said disappointed . " It's okay don't worry about it . " Minho then ruffled her hair which made her smile . " Hi there ! You must be Yuri it's nice to meet you ! " He added . At that moment Yuri flipped her hair and shaked Minho's hand with a flirting way which made y/n kind of shocked . 

" Okay girls , c'mon get inthe car ." With that , Yuri got it the passenger seat and y/n got in the back seat . Deep inside both y/n and Minho were disppointed  because they wanted to sit next to each other . Minho kept looking at y/n the whole ride through the little mirror on top. 

"We have arrived !" Minho shouted . " I haven't been in a fun fair for a while it's amazing ..." y/n said whispering . "Then I will make sure to let you remember this day ... " Minho whispered back making y/n red and a blushing mess and she knew that lee know was smirking without even looking . 

"Let's go to the game arcade there ! " shouted y/n , that made Minho chuckle while following her. On the other hand Yuri was so angry seeing him having fun with the other girl ; she was jealous not because she was third wheel or something but she had a crush on Minho ...

" The games were so fun ! Don't you think guys ?" y/n said earning a nod and a smile from Minho and silence from Yuri . "Yuri are you okay ?" y/n added worried . " No ... why would I be okay ? Minho you don't understand that I  like you ?"  Yuri breathed out which made y/n and Minho look at each other confused . Then Yuri stepped colser to Minho and ....... kissed him ..

" EW ! go away you weirdo ! " Minho shouted as he pushed the girl in front of him . Yuri started crying and yelling : " I LOVE YOU MINHO ! why would you choose her over me i'm way prettier than her ... " Meanwhile , Y/n was chocked looking at the scene . She couldn't believe what she saw . At that moment , Minho grabbed y/n's hand and said :" c'mon y/n let's go ! " 

The car ride was silent , until tears started running out from y/n's eyes heavily . " What did I do wrong to her ? I -I- I thought she was one of the best friends that I could trust but .... I guess I was wrong ... " y/n continued sobbing . 

After some minutes , Minho stopped the car ; they where at the beach but why ? " why - why are we here ? " Y/n asked curiously while looking confused . " Get off the car and follow me please ..."

When they got there they put a napkin to not get dirty with the sand and they sat . Waves were softly carressing the shore . The wind was refreshing and it managed to calm y/n a bit . " The sea always calms me down whenever i'm in a bad mood ." Minho said gently not wanting to ruin the moment .

" I 'm so sorry Minho I didn't know that she was like that . If I knew I would have never brought her with me . I'm just so dumb to notice .. " y/n said feeling guilty . " hey hey shhh , it's not your fault anyways she doesn't deserve your friendship . " Minho said grabbing her face in his hands .

" you did nothing wrong angel ... " Minho said playing with her hair . " Minho ... " y/n said weakly. He hummed in response . " can I have a hug please ? " y/n said while looking at him with puppy eyes . " sure thing angel ... come here ." he answered while opening his arms wide . They stayed like that for almost ten minutes until y/n's phone rang . 

y/n :" hi mom . Did something hapened ? " 

y/m:"No honey it's just that it's getting dark and you're not home yet .. Where are you ? "   

y/n:" Oh mom i'm sorry i forgot to tell you i'm with Minho don't worry ."

y/m :" oh okay tell him I said hi don't return back late okay  ? "

y/n :" okay mom bye ." 

" I think it's time to go home ." y/n said . " wait I have something for you y/n ." that's when Minho handed her a box . " open it!"  he added. As she opened it , it revealed a necklace with a shape of infinity sign . " This is so .... pretty ... Minho you didn't have to ." y/n almost cried . "Y/n ? would you wanna be my girlfriend ? You don't have to answer now ." 

He was cut off by a pair of lips on his . The kiss was full of love , passion . " This is my answer ... " y/n added shyly .
