Thursday finally comes and I feel more nervous than I do before a race. Julianna and I have been texting since we got in touch on Monday, and it truly feels like more than a connection. It's currently 12 O'clock in the afternoon, and I'm sat waiting in my jet for take off, which will be in an hour or so, but I wanted to get seated early.

We keep exchanging texts as the hour passes before I tell her I have to go, and she wishes me a safe flight. I try to take a nap on the plane to distract myself from the nerves. Safe to say, I didn't get much rest at all.
