The day progressed, I worked through my class, until the bell rang for lunch. I walked behind Ivan, so engrossed in my book that I hadn't even noticed I lost Ivan to the crowd until a hand was placed on my shoulder. I jerked my head around to be welcomed by the handsome face I met earlier this morning.

I smiled and closed my book, "Hello Sebastian." I said as he started walking next to me.

He smiled, "Hello Valkyrie, where are you off to?" He asked as he let go of my shoulder.

"Well since it's lunch, I was going to hang out with Raven and Ivan." I replied.

"Who?" He asked, I smiled remembering he never met them.

"My brother, Valravn, and our bestfriend, Ivan. Where are you off to?" I said, looking up at him.

"Oh, well I was actually hoping to run into you, earlier you said you would enjoy a chat about my work, so I wanted to show you my spot for lunch. Would you like to join me?" He said with a smile.

I thought for a moment and took out my phone, texting the groupchat I had with Raven and Ivan, saying that I won't be joining them for lunch, and turned my phone on silent to not be disturbed by their nagging. "Of course, I would love to join you, Sebastian." I said, putting my phone back into my satchel.

He smiled and grabbed my arm, pulling me into a seperate hallway. I was shocked by the suddeness and ducked my hand into my jumper, resting my hand on my gun.

Sebastian stepped back a bit, "Sorry about that, I thought it would just be easier for everyone to pass by instead of just turning around and walking against everyone." He said with a chuckle.

I nodded and took my hand away from my gun, "Good idea." I said as he peaked his head around the wall and turned back to me.

He grabbed my hand and pulled me along to a courtyard. It was empty and instantly, the huge oak tree in the middle of the courtyard caught my attention. "So do you like my spot?" He asked cheerfully.

I smiled and looked at him, "Yes, it's very peaceful." I said with a nod.

He smiled, "Well, this isn't all, here, climb onto my back and hold on tightly." He said as he bent his legs a bit.

I hesitated but latched onto him, he then began to climb the tree with ease, putting me down when we got in the bed of the head of the tree. I smiled and looked up, as I let go of him.

I noticed a nest and peaked inside of it. "I wouldn't do that if I were you, the mama crow is-" Sebastian started but then stopped as he saw the mama crow jump onto my arm and let me pet her.

I smiled, as he made a noise of surprise and interest. "When I peaked inside the nest she nipped me, surprised she willingly jumped on you." He said before two little crow chicks flapped onto me.

I chuckled and sat down, "Crows have always liked me, I don't know why, but they are so misunderstood and seen as a bad omen but I love them, they are truly beautiful and amazing creatures." I said as I gently stroked my thumbs on the two little chicks.

He smiled at me and watched me as he rested his elbows on his knees and his head in his plams. I looked at him and smiled, "So, you're friends, they are interesting." I said sarcastically.

He chuckled and leaned against one of the large branches, "Well Oliver and Rowen have been my friends since childhood so, I got used to them but they are very different from me. Oliver is a little daddies boy who is very prideful and Rowan is a mommies boy who is very arrogant." He replied.

"Well, I'd rather have an alliance with the Black Assassins instead of the Amethystios or Atlee Mafia. Amethystios are too entitled and aren't very sneaky, like to draw attention and don't get away with many kills. Atlee's are alright, they are very trained and have good figure and form but if it means I have to be around Oliver then no thanks, he annoys me and we already threatened each other on the first day of meeting each other." I ranted as he smiled in amusement.

"Glad to hear you like my clans work, it is a very high compliment from the Korolyov Mafia." He said with a large smile.

I nodded, "Yes, the Black Assassins are very skilled individuals, although one member I take high interest in is Sitri, he's a very skilled person, gets away with many kills, very deceptive, vicious, intellectual. My favourite combination, so tell me, Sitri, what makes you take interest in my organization." I said with a mischievous smile, his eyes widened at the fact I figured our that he was the noturious Sitri of the Black Assassins.

His body language was tense, "I-I, well, ahem, your organization are very skilled and I think the collaboration of our organizations are to be a viciously powerful combination." He stammered.

I smiled and hummed in amusement, the crows flapped back into their nest. "I agree, Sebastian, we could make a very powerful combination, but within the twelve years of living in America, the Korolyov's have never had an alliance with any organizations. So, I will take it up with Babooshka, seeing as she is still the head and I have no say in making these kind of choices." I said as I stood up and walked over to him while he was still sitting.

I smiled and looked into his eyes, bending down slightly and grabbing his chin. "I will see you later, Sebastian. Let your friends know of your progress, of how much better you are then them." I said with a wink, he gulped in nervousness and nodded as I let go of him. I jumped down from the tree and grabbed my book starting to walk to my next class.

Ivan and Valravn spotted me from down the hall and ran up to me, a boy followed behind them, I couldn't see who it was though. I sighed and got ready for their concern. "Where were you?! we texted and called but you didn't answer, we were getting concerned." Ivan said sternly as he grabbed my shoulders with a slight shake.

I put my hand up, they boys went silent, "I was talking about business with a potential work partner." I said, glaring to the side at the boy that was following them.

I looked him up and down, he had big brown doe eyes and freckles all over his face, with dyed baby blue hair, realizing he was the boy that Valravn sits next to in second hour. "Who is this?" I asked with a stern tone.

The boy gulped and his body language was nervous and awkward. "This is a friend I made, his name's Abrin Blau." Valravn said in defense.

I sighed, of course he couldn't not make friends with a boy like that. I stepped towards him, and leaned down slightly, "What's a kid like you doing here? You don't look very vicious or much like a killer." I said as I circled him.

"I-I'm the heir of my mother's organization, we aren't very well-known, but we're called the Leviathans." He stammered.

I hummed in response, "I've heard of you, your organization kills people by water torture methods, water-boarding, drowning, water-dripping, salt-water method, etcetera." I said, now standing in front of him. He nodded nervously, I hummed and continued walking, uninterested in this boy's work, Ivan followed me and turned around, walking backwards and shrugged at Valravn and Abrin.

They day progressed, I had Sebastian and Rowan in my last three classes as well, I asked the teachers to switch partners with Rown and they allowed it so now I sat next to Sebastian for my last three classes. The day progressed and I got to know more about Sebastian, he seemed promising and it was time to go home. I sighed as I got in after Ivan and Valravn, seeing Sebastian get on a motorcycle and ride off. I hummed in interest and continued with my book, waiting to arrive home.
