Chapter 5 - "Oh shit."

Third Person POV:

"Just a reminder, this project is responsible for 35% of your grades. So you may start your work now, you have 45 minutes left." The teacher announced as she walked over to her chair and sat.

Group 3's table was now filled with awkward silence as no one knew what to say.

Jennie finally decided to speak up after a minute, "So uh guys. I'm Kim Jennie. Nice to meet you all and I look forward to working with you guys." She said with a smile.

Lisa got the cue and continued, "My name is Lalisa Manoban but you can call me Lisa and uh... Nice to meet you all"

"My name is Roseanne and it's nice to meet you guys.

"I'm Y/N Y/L/N and it's a pleasure meeting you all." Y/N said as she flashed a smile.

"I'm Kim Namjoon and it's lovely meeting you guys."

"And I'm Jeon Jungkook. Great meeting you all."

Y/N chuckled to herself a bit as she thought this whole introduction thing was kind of funny, since everyone at this table somehow already knew each other.

Joon is Y/N's best friend. Lisa is Roseanne's best friend. Jennie is Lisa's girlfriend and a mutual friend to Y/N and Roseanne. Jungkook is Joons boyfriend and is friends with Y/N. Lisa and Jungkook are friends. On the other hand, Roseanne and Y/N were ex-best friends.

"Is something funny Y/L/N?" Park suddenly whispered.

"What?" Y/N said.

"I heard you giggling a bit."

"Oh that. That's none of your business."

"Ok weirdo." Roseanne said shifting back to her place.

Funny how all of them knew each other in some way or the other, yet had to awkwardly introduce themselves to each other.

"So, has anyone come up with any ideas for the project?" Roseanne asked the table.

"Yeah, actually me and Y/N were just discussing some ideas for the project on our way here. We did come up with some ideas." Joon replied.

"Alright what is it?" Lisa asked.

"Well, since we are doing a project in Greek, we were thinking of doing a project on Greece's history and its contributions to modern science/mathematics." Y/N said.

"Like no one has ever thought of doing that before. Be creative." Park said with a bit of an attitude in her sentence.

"Well, what do YOU think we should do Miss. Park?" Y/N said quirking an eyebrow.

"What I was thinking of doing was something related to Greek mythology." Roseanne said as she glared into Y/N's eyes.

"Both are good ideas." Jungkook said.

"Why can't we do both? I mean this project DOES count for 35% of our grade." Jennie added.

"So you mean do a project on Greek history, mythology and contributions to mathematics. All of this. In Greek." Lisa said with uncertainty in her voice.

"I agree with Jen. This project matters a lot, so we better do our best." Y/N said.

"Yeah she's right, better safe than sorry right?" Joon said.

"But baby, that's so much work! How are we going to complete all of it?" Jungkook said.

"Yeah Jungkook's right. Let's just do a single topic." Lisa added.
