Third pov:
Camp 98.7
In the cold forest, a school bus pulls up to the establishment, only for the vehicle to show some agitation.
Driver: "Whoa, easy!
The driver was revealed to be riding on top of the bus like a horse. The school bus calms down, halting it's movement as it honks.
Driver: Good girl...
The bus opens up, the teacher and students stepping out. The first student top step out was a worker drone named Sam.
Sam: Do you ever wonder why-
Sam was soon shoved to the ground by a worker drone named Emily, who was also shoved by Darren.
Emily: Hey!
Darren exits the bus with Rebecca leaning on him. We see another worker drone who goes by Braiden, who had his head on fire, putting it out. He grabs his phone as he stepped on Sam, looking for a connection, only to grunt as he gets nothing and steps off of Sam's head and going off with the other worker drones. Thad and Lizzy were now stepping off together laughing.
Thad: No kidding. *helps Lizzy down*
A few more students stepped out, and Uzi and Dean were the last ones to step out the vehicle. Dean was holding Uzis hand as she holds onto the strap of a backpack with wings. She looked around the forest, before pulling out both her collar and mothers.
Flashback
"We see both Khan and Uzi together, having a conversation before the trip to Camp 98.7"
"Khan: After the core collapsed...I...didn't notice the collars."
"Khan was looking at an old photo of him and Nori along with a few more friends."
"Khan: Only your mom being a catch! *finger guns and winks*"
"Uzi stared at him awkwardly as he says so, before having a glimpse at a room filled with old papers. Khan sighs, before quoting three things that Nori brought up."
"Khan: She was always all, "build doors against the coming sky demons!" "A singularity awakens." "Look at this cool S I can draw!"
"Khan finished the chiming, sighing before giving his daughter one last prep talk."
"Khan: Turns out, I'm not who either of you needed. Just...Be safe, and look after Dean, okay?"
"Khan closed the door and handed the collar to Uzi."
Present
Uzi puts one collar around her neck before turning to Dean.
Uzi: Hold still.
