Episode 6: Dead End

Third pov:

Somewhere way below...hides a female worker drone under the desk as the lights power off. She peeks her head out the cubicle, seeing a worker drone buffering in a boot loop, seemingly frozen. She slowly crawls towards the paralyzed worker drone...but something was watching them in the dark...A blue light flashes nearby her, making the drone panic. She slowly dragged the worker drone towards the cubicle she hid at, trying to save him from the oncoming doom on what lies within the pitch black.

She heard a noise nearby, making her stop the rescue process and quickly hide back.  The coast felt clear for her, hesitantly  reaching her hand to his leg...before two unknown creatures  stop her.

They tore down the paralyzed drone, oil spilling out him. The female drone hid back in feeble position, panting as she fears what'll happen next. She covered her mouth, trying to keep herself hidden.

A blue light rises right above her, a creature's head peaking out. The worker drone panicked, struggling to escape before-

*FLASH!*

The female worker drone was now paralyzed, her screen also now in a boot loop. The creature crawled down, beginning to devour on the poor corpse.

Meanwhile...

Leaving off where we last saw the group, they were staring down at the two individuals in front of them. N making the first move, slowly walking up.

N: T-Tessa?

Tessa ran up to him and held onto his face, hugging onto the drone.

Tessa: N! You remember- *coughs* Tall, handsome...Air's toxic...

Tessa looks back up and see's Dean who was staring at her with a very shocked expression.

Tessa: What? First time seeing a human?

Dean: U-Um, well. Kinda...i-it's good to see you again...little Tess. *smiles until his face goes back to shock* Woah, WOAH WAIT TESS-

*THUD*

Dean was interrupted as Tessa had push past everyone and tackled him to the ground. Hugging him closely while nuzzling her head on his while everyone watches awkwardly.

Tessa: D! Oh how I missed you dearly!

Dean: *cough and give a small hug back* I missed you too Tessa.

Dean tried to get out of Tessa's grip but she refused to let him go. He keeps fighting to break free until he sighed and gave up. Tessa hops back onto her feet while holding onto Dean's cheeks, examining his new screen and hair.

Tessa: How is your screen fixed? And why is your hair short? *whines* I liked it long.

Dean: I...just decide it was time to get a new look. That's all, how did you survive back on earth? I-I thought you-

Tessa: Died? Yeah, I thought so too but I was lucky enough to escape and find a safe place before anything could happen. But, hey I'm here now. And I'm glad your ok D.

Dean: I actually go by Dean now.

Tessa: Dean huh? Heh, it suits you Dean.

Dean smiles once again, seeing his old friend is still alive and back. Tessa turns her attention to Uzi, who didn't seem pleased by her existence. Nevertheless, the human didn't care much?
