At brozone's pod Spruce and John got the dishes done, so they decided to watch some TV but Spruce noticed that Clay and Floyd didn't return yet.
"Hey, John did you hear Clay and Floyd come in?" Spruce said looking at him concerned
John looked at him thinking "Actually no I didn't, shouldn't they have been back by now?" John replied looking at him
"Come on" Spruce said to John
"Where are we going?" John said following Spruce out the pod
"Going to check on them" Spruce said
At the bottom of the troll tree, Spruce and John were looking around and saw Clay knocked out, Spruce and John ran up to him.
"Is he??" John said looking concerned
"No there is a pulse why would you ask that!" Spruce said glaring at him
"Wait where's Floyd?!" John asked looking around concerned
Spruce looked around then looked at John worried, they took Clay back to the pod and took him to their room they had to be quiet so Grandma Rosiepuff didn't hear them or wake Branch up.
"Boys!" Grandma Rosiepuff said catching them going to their room "Where are your brothers?"
"They're asleep" John replied
"Already?" Grandma Rosiepuff said looking at them
"Ya" Spruce said
"Well good night grandma" John and Spruce said going into their room
"Good Night??" Grandma Rosiepuff said
As John and Spruce entered the room they saw Clay waking up John and Spruce bolted over to help him.
"Clay! You good?" Spruce said hugging him
"Ya i'm good" Clay said looking around to see one of the brothers gone and started to worry "Wait where is Floyd??"
"That is what we were hoping you would tell us" John said looking at him
"Oh No" Clay said staring at them
"What happened Clay?" John and Spruce asked
"Well me and Floyd were about to climb back up the troll tree after throwing the garbage away, but then we heard something in the bushes next thing I know something flew toward me and I got knocked out" Clay explained to them
"Did you see what was in the bushes?" John asked
"Not a lot, Just that it was a troll" Clay said trying to remember what they look like. But then an arrow flew into their room John rushed to the window to see who shot it but they were gone. Clay grabbed the paper that was attached to the arrow and began to read it out loud.
Dear John,
Meet me in Mystic Meadows tomorrow at midnight. COME ALONE if you want to see your brother again...😈

The brothers looked at each other with worry for their younger brother
"What are we going to do" Spruce said looking at John
"The only thing I can do meet the Mysterious Troll and get Floyd back" John said looking at them
The Next Night
John was about to leave but Spruce and Clay stopped him
"Wait we are coming with you" Spruce said grabbing his arm
"No the note said alone" John said
"But-" Clay said but got cut off
"No, buts we need to find out what happened to Floyd and who has him" John said looked at them
"Fine" Clay said
"Bring our brother back safe" Spruce said looking at him concerned
John left and went to Mystic Meadows he looked and saw the Mysterious Troll
"Hello John" ??? said very sinister
"Where's Floyd??" John said at them "If you hur-" gets cut off
"He's fine don't worry he is in a safe place" ??? said
"Who are you??" John said
The Mysterious Troll took off their hood
GASP!!! John looked at the troll
