We reached the court and i opened the door. I looked at cory and riley. "Ummm..." I gulped. "Good luck" cory said I nodded and moved my eyes to the floor. I don't know why but I feel sick I'm going to lose lose lose lose....... He going to get away with it keeping me. I walked forward and looked around taking a few steps till i stop I paused hitting in the rileies nose. "ow.." riley muttered. "hey, you okay?" riley says walking next to me and grabs my hand. I grab it back and smile "yea...I'll be fine" i fake smile at her. I walk a few more steps again stop but this time to open the door. I reached up a but slow then the door swings up from riley which I didn't see. I just though She was opening the door. I shake a bit I walk down the hall *pretend the fight song is playing as the parts come up*
I pick up my shoulder and walked down the hall tighting my hand grab with riley my face flushed as i walked in. I looked at the court it looked huge. The room was red with brown chairs. The chairs were each a level up when every two formed. two rows one level up there were red rugs. They had darker out lines. Have you ever notice when your bored or scared or have bad eye sight your amazed by what you can see. I know I am Or that I see that, The huge like desk where the judge sit be hide right by the wall with to small desk like the ones you have by your bed but longer and a chair behide it right by the judges. I fix my shoulders and walk forward into my chair i sit down the soft cushion made a little squeak as i sat. I played with my nails waiting moving my feet bitting my lips Tighting my hands with riley. I layed my head on my laps. I blinked fast as my dad walked in with his lawyer. I glanced around at the people. My mom was behide in a cast. I saw my lawyer walk in. "sorry.." he sat down. I shook a bit as i felt goosebumps. i rubbed my arms. "you cold?" whispered riley. I nodded sightly she took of her jacket and gave it to me. I blushed and took it slowly putting it on "thanks" she nodded. I looked up as the judge walk in. "okay! lets get started!" she said sighting. "Maya you my take a sat off there. She pointed the sit next to her in front of me. I got up and walked there. I sat back down and closed the side. My dad did the same. "so maya do u have any prove to prove your point" I nodded. "How would I have been in the hospital?" My dad said "well, you fell ou-" i spit out. "bull shit! my mom wasn't in car what happened to her!" he said silnce. "what did happen" my lawyer asked. "She fell out of bed." and laughed so loud. Then slammed the desk tears dripping out of my eyes. "She fell out of bed!! No more like you raped us!!" Tear dripped faster. "what happened then?" my father asked. "You took my in the car with your friends! you took my home and said were going to have fun there you said you were my dad and that my mom re-loved you! you said we were going to have a great time! you took me home and made me and my mom drink at least 10! drinks so we would forgot but I didn't!!! full forgot!!! i passed out but i woke up to you in me!!" I heled my stomach crying and put my hand down. "when i woke up it was 5:00 am!" I pucked again. "and your friends were line up for most likey the tenth time to hurt me." I breathed and And felt the acid raise. "you were laughing two of your friend were missing and i heard moaning in my moms room. I heard moaning and crying. Screams to stop. Help? kill me? I heard and i cried i passed out! i passed out again to wake up in the hospital. I was asleep for two nights in the hospital!! to nights!!" I threw up tears dripped faster. Riley was running to me and helped me out. "Hey...hey...your fine shh...lets go to the bathrrom.." I pushed her away. "let me finish!!!" tears dripped faster riley had a shocked look. I layed my head down. "maya we will continue this tomorrow." maya nodded, "I I I FEEL SICK EVERY DAY!! U WANT HIM GONE RIGHt? .... I want him gon.... *beep* the micro phone fell. Two people rose there hands. "I believe her!" They smiled then three people said "me to" then everything was silence. "well his going to jail!" the judge said he picked up his hammer and said guilty. I sighted in relief, and walked down tears dripped down my face I walked down the stair shaking. Cory helped me and riley said back a bit.

-ten mintues-

the car was silence till i said it "are you mad riley? at me?" she stopped "you didn't have-" I growled. "are you mad at me!" she nodded. "Your! promble at all that matter! I just got out of getting abused because i spoke up and said i want to ends this! today!" she gasped a bit. I sighted I wiped my face a bit. "pls.. riley... I didn't do anything!" she nodded. "Sorry..."

- moms court -

I looked at my lawyer i sit down "the question of what she just asked would determine this"said the judge. "I can't answer it" My lawyer looked at me. "do you want me to re-peat." i shook my head. " I don't.... i don't know I don't i guess..." my mother gasped. "you don't?" my lawyer asked. I gulped shakily I re-peated. " I feel un saved I feel un wanted and loved so no i don't" My lawyer nodded "why?" he asked " she wants me to be someone else and she try hard so hard by even starving me if i don't right how being me in wrong" she nodded. A few in the back did, "this is your 3'd day here?" I sighted "yes." I firmly answered. "so what do this people think?" he asked towards the back. "gult- umm.. gultity!" one man shouted. Then a few other people said "she should say away from the daughter! And be put in LBT camp!" The judge nodded "yes thank you. She should sorry mother you should."
I walked down shakily i sightly smiled and walked over to my dad "lets get home" He smiled and grabbed my hand "yea.. yes.." I walked down "that question?" i heard some women say. "which one?" I asked turing towards her to see my mother. i jumped back, "the last one. why did you answer it like that!" I looked at her. "which one!" She glared "Do you love your mother?" I turned. "I answered it truthful." I walked out. I went inside the car.
