Lord, I do not choose to complain anymore, why did You choose my heart to be so broken and my life to be filled with such tragic, painful experiences !.
But You have witnessed my entire journey and seen all my cries and nothing is hidden from You.
You have carried me through this fire of deep affliction and sustained me or else I won't be alive. Your hand the only hand that held me through this dark cave and Yours the only one who upholds me still now.
Through this valley of sorrows and shadows of death ,You have preserved my life . The sorrows that were set to kill me and bury me alive, breaking me into pieces and pieces , Your hand preserved my life and touched each broken pieces of my soul to heal it and bind it.
This same sorrows have made my love, faith and devotion to You stronger and our bond deeper.
But I was not exempted from the pain, wounds, hurts, betrayals and their deep stings. I have experienced it in each nerve of my being and have tasted the bitter poison of agony. My whole being has screamed out in the furnace fire of affliction.
"See, I have refined you, but not as silver; I have tested you in the furnace of affliction."
