The last few months, the JSA had been pushing back the Nazi forces from France, Greece, and dwindling most of its own forces before going towards Germany. Per Degaton's weapons kept them at bay for a few moments but it wasn't enough, Freedom and Justice rang through Europe and the heroes continued their steadfast work to stop the Nazis at any cost. This own resistance to the Third Reich was causing Adolf Hitler to boil with rage and anger. The evil Nazi leader was looking out at the snowy alps of Germany from his home in Berchtesgaden. He turned to look at Dr. Sivana and Per Degaton along with a few other Nazi officers and generals in his drawing room. He went to his desk which was filled with papers and maps of their conquest and slammed his fist against the table causing a few of the officers to jump. "Why... did no one tell me... WHEN THESE SUPER HUMANS JOINED THE WAR?!" he yelled as his hair fell infront of his face. "Per Degaton at least gave us warning that this would happen but did we listen, NEIN!" he exploded again before he stood up and slammed his fist against the table again. "Now... they're coming to Germany, is that correct?" He asked his Generals before moving his hair back to its position on his head.
"That is correct Führer," a general stated as he would look down. "Most of our forces are either defeated or killed, we haven't found the Heart of Darkness and our radio communications were cut off two days ago with the forces in Africa," he reported.
"My tanks have been proven to keep them at bay but that might not be enough," Per Degaton pointed out as he put his hands behind his back. "I however am willing to join the fight to protect the homeland."
Hitler smirked at Degaton and nodded, "You're bravery will serve our Empire quite well," he said before looking at Sivana. "How close are your experiments to make undead soldiers?"
"Extremely successful," Sivana stated as he looked at the other members of the meeting. "So far, it has been difficult to teach them weapons but they are immune to pain and will not stop," he said as he looked at Hitler. "The perfect soldiers."
Hitler nodded as he would look down at the map. "Russia is gaining ground as are the Allied forces. We need to hold Germany if we are ever to gain our hold," he said before an officer holding a case came in. Hitler poked his head up and saw the legnth of the case. "They found it?" He asked as the solider nodded as he smiled evily and would look at Degaton. "I might join you in the fun of killing our enemies," he said before he went around the table and approached the case. He opened it and smiled as his newest weapon while the others behind him were not so sure about his confidence that they will win the war.

In Belgium, the soldiers were resting for the most part since the next day would be a battle against the nation that started the second World War, Germany. Most of the JSA were actually spending time with the soldiers and listening to their stories while Black Canary actually sang for the troops. Wildcat listened with a smile underneath his cowl before he felt someone lightly punching his shoulder, he turned his head up and saw Flash sit down beside him with his helmet in his hand.
"Well, these last few months have flown by has it?" Flash asked as he looked at Wildcat with a smirk.
Wildcat chuckled as a soldier passed him a beer. "Thanks kid," he said before looking at Flash. "You can say that again," he said as he raised his beer before taking a swig.
Flash chuckled as he nodded at Wildcat for a moment, "What do you plan on doing after the war is over?"
"Settle down with Canary," he said as he looked back at Canary with a small smile for a moment before his attention went to Flash. "Probably teach boxing for troubled kids to keep them straight."
