AUTHOR'S POV~
Krishika specially cooked the dinner even if Maya insisted her not too as she felt it was the least she could do.
Meanwhile Maya's phone rang, the name showed " Diya (My princess)" while Ruhaan no. was saved as "Ruhaan (My prince)".
Even though they both told her to change to many times as it seemed childish but she never did.
"Hello, yes Diya" She took the call.
"What,no,no_this won't work. We have invited Vihaan, yes you're not going anywhere and come directly come" she said.
"No, this is my order" She said a bit seriously and ended the call.
"What happened, mom" Krishika asked worriedly seeing the situation.
"Nothing, Diya was acting weirdly and saying she will come late and is going somewhere" Maya said.
"But I told her to come home as I could feel she was making excuses, I don't know why" Maya said a bit concerly.
"It's ok, maybe she was feeling like not coming home" Krishika said.
"Hmm" Maya said and nodded.
Diya came after few minutes as if she was somewhere near the house.
She was looking a bit tired.
She greeted Maya and Krishika after entering the living room and sat down.
"My baby, why were you refusing to come home" Maya asked while caressing her head.
" Nothing mom, I was just feeling like having some time alone, but you didn't let me" Diya pouted and said in a accusing tone.
Maya smiled at her and said "ok, but if you ever feel like anything tell me, ok?". She then kissed Diya's forehead while Diya showed a toothy smile on this.
"I will go and freshen up " Diya stood up and happily walked towards her room.
"She can't stay sad for long, that is how her nature is" Maya smiled while looking lovingly at Diya's back.
After all no matter how much scolded Diya, at the end of her day she was her beloved daughter, A piece of her heart.
As the time reached 7 pm the honking of cars told about Ruhaan and Vihaan's arrival.
It was later confirmed by the noise of leader shoes on the shiny floor and noise of little talks and laughs.
Maya stood up seeing them coming but their suprised them both as their clothes were little disheveled and hair were not in place.
"Ruhaan, Vihaan what happened to you both ?" Maya asked concerly.
Vihaan first greeted Maya and Krishika then said.
"Nothing aunty, we just had little car race while coming" Vihaan said casual with a smile.
While Ruhaan glared at him for saying.
