Chapter 7
Deans POVLyn's sobs filled the air after Sam left. She was shaking and slowly dropped to the ground onto her knees, "What did I do?" She asked looking up at me with her hazel eyes. "I need you to tell me everything that's happened since you both went out on that wall last night." I reply and lick my dry, cracked lips. Nodding Lyn starts to explain everything to me.
"...Then I rejected him," She finishes and then her eyes widen with recognition. "Lyn," I start and pause as she begins to yell. "What was I thinking? What did I do? How could I be so damn selfish?" Lyn screams her sobs starting again. I hush her and envelope her in a hug. "I'll call him okay? Just pack your bags and get ready to go to Jersey. Maybe when you see each other again, things will be a little better." I suggest and stand up, leaving Lyn on the bed.
Lyn nods, "I'm sorry Evelyn, I really am." I apologize quietly and she chokes back a sob while she nods. I open up the door and step outside into the warm air.
The phone ring goes off as I wait for Sam to answer. "Come on Sammy, pick up." I mutter to myself and lean against the railing. "Hello?" Sam's strained, tired voice breaks through the phone and into my ear. "Sammy you alright?" I ask, concerned of him and his well being. "I'm fine Dean, I'm on my way to Bobby's actually." He mutters something that I can't pick up. "Sam..." I drag out and pause. "Evelyn is over here hyperventilating over what happened. I've never seen her this bad; but what you said about her and her dad Sam, that crossed the line and I know she said some bad things but-"
"But what Dean?! I should've let her sit there and bash me? In a relationship people are equals neither are better than the other, so I was fighting back so what? You would've done the same, and as far as this whole soul mate thing goes tell her I'm happy she rejected me, because I didn't have enough guts to do it in the first place." I can practically feel the anger come out of the phone from him. "What the hell happened to you Sammy? You have been in love with this girl for years Sam YEARS! And if this is how you're going to be once you have her I will gladly make sure to hook her up with someone that deserves her more than you. You used to be better at all this lovey dovey stuff than I am but now... I can't even tell. Just call me when you get to Bobby's okay?" I end the call before he has time to argue more.
"I heard it all Dean." Lyn's soft voice explains from behind me. I take in her appearance; her eyes puffy and red, lips cracked, knuckles bloody and bruised. "Lets get you fixed up, okay?" I smile at her as she smiles back and agrees.
--------------
Evelyn's POVI could hear the faint voice of Sam through the phone, and sobs kept building up in my body but I held them in. Inside I sat on the bed after Dean patched me up, and sighed. "Dean," I began quietly causing him to turn his head and look at me. "I'm going to hunt on my own, let Sam come back to you. Once I'm gone I want you to tell Sam NOTHING of where I am. Ill call and give you updates all the time but don't speak a word of it to Sam." I explain my voice wavering at the end of my mini speech.
"Why shouldn't I tell Sam?" He asked as his face scrunched in confusion. "Keep updating on Sam, and once Sam gets his head out of his ass tell him I'm not coming back, but tell him what I'm doing." I offer a small smile. "I'm leaving now, just give the Jersey case to someone else you know and go with Sam and Bobby." As I got up I saw Deans mouth open and then he froze, everything around us froze. One of my 7 senses or sin things or whatever were there.
"Bella," A soft voice speaks. I turn around to a terrible image of myself smiling sadly at me. Of course sadness spoke to me of them all. "You shouldn't leave." She reasoned. I shook my head. "I'm doing it for the well being of all of us. It'd be better for me to leave." I smile sadly as she nods. "I tried to help, but I'm giving you a warning, this will bite you in the ass wether you like it or not." Sadness disappeared and time was in motion again.
"You know I'm not going to let you leave that easily right?" Dean asked and ran a hand through his hair. "Trust me Dean I know, that's why I decided not to sneak out and tell you instead." A half grin grew on my face and Dean let out bubbly laughter. "Just please be careful Lyn, alright? Sam will get his act together eventually but just... watch yourself out there." His lips drew up into a sad smile. "I will," I hugged him tightly, my bags on the floor beside us.
I picked up my bags and sighed, "Bye Dean."
"Bye Lyn."
-------------------------
Sam's POVI sighed as I drove down Bobby's long dirt driveway/road. Throwing the hot wired car into park, I clambered out and walked to the door. "Shit!" Bobby's voice slightly muffled, rang though out the open windows. The door cracked open, revealing a extremely pissed off Bobby. "Hey Bobby," I gave a small, half grin as he grumbled. "Boy, do you know how many books I dropped on my foot because your knock startled me?" He asked me heatedly and hugged me, along with giving me an awkward clap on the back.
I followed him in, "Where's Dean?" He curiously glanced behind me, and back at me. "I ummm, that's why I came." I rubbed my neck nervously. "What did the idjit do now?!" Bobby yelled and threw his hands up in exasperation. "Oh! He's fine Bobby, doing great actually it's just, well you see..." I began my story as Bobby sat me down and grabbed me a beer.
"So let me get this straight, Lyn, our Lyn, is your soul mate, and she was Lucifers before but God erased her memories? Then you got into a fight with her about it because you didn't believe that she didn't remember him, nasty words were shared and she rejected you? Balls! That sounds 50 shades of crazy!" Bobby sipped his beer and chuckled, shaking his head. "I'm sure she didn't mean it Sam, have you talked to her since?" He asked with a raised eyebrow.
"No, but Dean called me-" I started and Bobby yelled loudly. "You idjit! I can only imagine the things you said to him about her and what she heard. In fact she's probably on her own now," He looked me in the eye and a moment of silence passed between us. "Well?! Go call her right now you idjit!" Bobby bellowed practically as I scrambled out of my chair.
I wish I could hold Evelyn and apologize for everything I'd done to her. I love her and I had finally gotten her, just to screw it up for myself. She was my soul mate, and even if she wasn't I thought of her like one.
AN: SO don't hate me :) This is not even the beginning of the story actually. So I have something's to clarify.
1.) Evelyn's main nickname is Lyn.
2.)She has 7 emotions as her CONSEQUENCE! That's not her powers!
3.)Please avoid the horrid disaster this story is becoming, I'm a Dean girl more than a Sam girl haha. Actually when I first started to watch the show I thought Sam was hot but I actually just like Dean more over all, but still REALLY LIKE Sam *wink wink*
4.)My story line/plot is completely go with the flow for every story I write. So I can say one thing one chapter, and try to refer to it another and mix up what I said, so I apologize for that.Anyways I just wanna say the amount of love I get from you all is overwhelming. I've been having a hard few months and getting on here makes my day seeing all the votes and comments. And not once on any of my stories have I gotten hate comments!
