Rushing to the hospital as soon as possible I needed to know he was ok. I needed him to survive not just for me but his fans, and his family. Finally getting to the hospital parking horribly and jumping out of my car. Dry tear stains on my cheeks, my eyes watering, running across the packed parking lot. Cars honking at me, finally making it to the entrance doors I go inside, panting out of breath looking around me. The whole place is covered in white and tan shades. Old people walking around nurses jogging through the lobby. Overwhelmed by the place I never liked. Walking up to the front desk and speaking to the receptionist.
"Excuse me, can you give me in-information on my f-friend Corey Taylor?" Speaking with uncertainty. Joey was standing in the middle of the hospital lobby crying.
"Ok, Sir calm down." The lady continued with her typing on her computer and responded a minute later with, "Ok well it looks like your friend here is in surgery. I'm sorry I can't give you more information but the surgery is going to take 3 hours. You can wait here in the waiting room but you won't be able to see him probably until tomorrow, sorry sweetheart."
Walking away and going outside sitting on the bench, wishing his friend to be ok and to be back to health.
