With the end of the pen in his mouth and with the newspaper in his hand, Stuart Johnston was pretty deep into the crossword puzzle that he had been doing. Currently sitting on the couch, waiting for his somewhat lover to come out of the shower that was in the upstairs bathroom.

He hadn't even noticed that the water had turned off. Maybe it was because of the TV that was in the living room, or the concentration level that he had when focusing on the crossword puzzle. Either way, he had practically blocked everything out so that he could concentrate.

Clarence eventually comes downstairs to the living room. He was dressed way different to his liking. Stu gave him one of his band t-shirts to wear, as well as a pair of jeans. His hair barely touching his shoulders, slicked back as it air dried.

"Hey, have you seen my book? I think I left it the last time I was here. . ."

Stu had looked up, snapping back into reality. But he didn't reply back to him like he meant to. Instead, he was captivated by Clarence and how he looked. His eyes soften at the sight of him and his currently air drying hair and the clothes that he had given him to wear. Stuart had never seen him so casual looking, and yet he looked absolutely astonishing.

Clarence had stopped looking for the book when he noticed Stuart's eyes on him. A confused look forms on his face as he walks closer.

"Stu?" Clarence started, before whistling to try and get his attention, "Earth to Stuart. . ."

Stuart blinked, glancing up at the other afterward. "Huh?"

Clarence couldn't help but to chuckle. "Why're you starin' at me like that?"

Stuart finally took the end of the pen out of his mouth, sitting it next to the lamp that sits on a small table next to the couch. "Sorry it's just. . . I've never seen you look so. . . Casual," He tells him.

"Is that a. . . Bad thing?" Clarence asked.

"No! No it's not. It's just that. . . You look incredible," Stuart says, almost breathlessly.

It was like in an instant, Clarence's heart melted. Between the heart eyes look that Stuart was giving him, and the way he complimented him. He never felt this way before with anyone. He looks down at the floor, a huge smile across his face. Once again, he was flustered by his words.

A wide smile appears on Stuart's face. He puts down the newspaper, getting off of the couch and he grabs the camera from the coffee table. "This is definitely picture worthy," He says.

"What? Stu, no!" Clarence laughed.

"C'mon! This'll probably be the only time you look like this!" Stuart replied back, "C'mon, just one!"

"Stu. . ."

The picture had been taken. Stuart watched as the picture came out of the camera. Clarence playfully shook his head, smiling at him. When the polaroid picture was finally ready, Stuart smiled widely, before looking at the other across from him.

"Another picture for the history books, baby," He told him, before kissing the picture. It makes Clarence laugh again.

Stuart motioned Clarence over, the other male eventually sitting next to him after he moved his newspaper onto his lap. Stuart wraps an arm around Clarence, who leans his head on his shoulder.

"You know. . . I like that shirt on you," Stuart starts, giving him another smile, "You should keep it."

"But Stu, this is your favorite shirt," Clarence says sadly.

"I have another shirt just like that one. Keep it. It looks better on you, anyways," Stuart tells him, "Besides. One day we'll match."

"Hm . . . Guess you're right about that."

Stuart then grabs the pen once again, picking up the newspaper with the other. "Now. . . To find this word that's been wracking my brain for the past hour," He says, looking down at the paper.

"What's the definition?" Clarence asks.

"It's ten across. A ten letter word. Inverse of a function. Mathematical," Stuart told him.

Clarence thought for a moment. He then looks up at Stuart as if he's had a lightbulb flash on top of his head.

"Arctangent," He answers.

Stuart looks down at Clarence, before looking back at the crossword puzzle that's in the newspaper. He fills the boxes in with the letters, a smirk crawling on his face. "Well, I'll be damned," He mutters happily.

He looks back down at the other. "You know, I love a guy who knows his vocabulary," Stuart says in a playfully flirty tone.

Clarence playfully rolled his eyes at the tone of his voice. "Yeah?"

"Yeah," Stuart answers, the smirk returning on his face. He pulls Clarence closer to him, finally placing a kiss to his lips.
