Chapter 3

Jenny's Pov

I was so scared in the darkness hearing noises and the feeling like something wasn't right. I kept crying feeling myself lose energy more and more waiting to be heard or rescued by someone. I started to think that i would never get out of this one i just had to get myself caught i looked at the floor and cried again. Then i heard some shuffling coming from the long dark hallway i shivered and my eyes widened when i saw the demon that had taken over my body. It came close to me and smiled evilly it grabbed a piece of my hair and smelled it then cackled very loudly.

Demon: You know its very funny how humans are so dense when something this traumatic happens. You wanna know a secret that i know and you will never be able to do anything about it.

Jenny: W what do you know t that i dont?

Demon: "Cackles" you're not dead little one you were in a coma and your stupid father just gave me access to your body.

Jenny: W what t that's not true i s saw myself out of my body there was no pulse either w what do you mean y you're lying to me.

The demon laughed once more but not before saying "am i really" it huffed out some other words but i couldn't hear them since it was to far to hear. After it left i cried a lot more and shook i tried yanking on the chains and tried to get myself off but there was no way. After a while i heard the same voices from the boys that i had scared off they were looking around with flashlights like if they were looking for a certain room i felt a bit of hope but i soon killed it because they didn't know i was there. They were looking around for a while and the more time they spent there i felt an energy course through my body. Then one of the boys a taller one with dark hair and tattoos he walked closer to me. Then he grabbed the chain and started unlocking it and i fell down with a thud i gasped and realized i was free. The other one a bit shorter and with blond hair called him over and i followed them to see why they were here. They set up a oujia board and i knew in that moment what i had to do i waited for them to start the ritual so i can talk. They placed the planchette in the middle put two fingers each on the planchette then did the three circles. Then i waited for the question once asked i put my fingers on the planchette as well and moved it to yes. But i heard the demon coming back so i couldn't wait for them to continue i told them my name my age. Then i kept on spelling help me over and over again until i hid myself inside one of their shadows but i realized they had taken their hands off. I was confused but dread came over me when they said goodbye so i made myself attached to them even though i knew this was a bad thing. They were my only hope for now and it beats being in the same building as that thing there i grabbed onto the blond as much as i could.

I followed them until they got to a car that i assumed was theirs i got on with no hesitation and waited for them to leave. As they ended their video they turned on the car and put some music on then left with no look backs. Out of nowhere the dark haired guy fixed the mirror on the windshield and gasped loudly i freaked out when he swerved a bit off the road. He came to a complete stop then turned to fave me but his eyes widened when i assumed he couldn't see me he tapped the blond guy and said Sam. Sam turned around and his eyes also bulged out like if they were gonna pop out at any moment i felt a blush creep up my face. So i waved at them then they both screamed really loud that i felt like my ears were gonna bleed out. After the initial shock they kept staring at me then they started asking questions on everything that happened. I bursted out laughing and that made them quiet down i took a breather and i looked back at them smiling a bit.

Jenny: My name is Jenny im the ghost you were talking to earlier.

Colby: H how are we able to see you if you're dead?

Jenny: Well i wouldnt know honestly i have never had someone see me actually. For a while now i have been trying to get my parents attention but never really got anywhere until you two showed up.

Sam: Well you cant attach yourself to us its not healthy. Plus i thought you can't leave the place you're attached to.

Jenny: The thing is im not dead dead some demon took over my body because of my parents recklessness and i need help. Will you two please help me? Besides the reason why i came with you is cause you saved me.

Colby looked confused and looked at Sam asking for some clarification about the situation Sam shook his head and looked back at me. Im guessing i have a lot of explaining to do to these two so i sighed out and rolled my eyes and began telling them the story of what happened. After the hour or so of me letting them know they nodded their heads in understanding and then they looked back at each other. Saying they needed to discuss the situation on what they were going to do after everything i told them. I nodded my head and waited inside the vehicle seeing them walk a little far from the car they were talking a lot. After a brief talk they came back in and told me i can go with them and try to come up with a plan to see how they can help me. I smiled widely and i felt my tears run down my face i couldn't believe that i was finally getting out of the darkness. Sam and Colby soon turned the music up and they started singing and dancing in their seats they were so funny. I looked back and saw the demon getting smaller and smaller by the distance feeling like the world was finally on my side i took in a breath of relief. Looking ahead i felt my life coming to a start and i knew with these two i was gonna be able to get my life back.
