Rocco "Rocky" Hargensen is the adopted son of Kimberly and John Hargensen and the adopted twin sister of Chris Hargensen. He was originally born in the tiny town of Chamberlain, Maine but hasn't set foot there since he was almost two years old. Now, at nearly 17 years old, he is returning to Chamberlain with her sister who has accepted a job as the new student at Ewen High School.
What Rocky doesn't realize though is that he has a previously unknown connection to one of her classmates at her new school.
What happens when Rocky discovers this connection? What happens when he also discovers that he has unexpected powers that he never knew she had before?
