A/N I am so sorry for the long wait😭 I completely forgot about this book and why not finish this chapter right before school starts up again?(I only have 1 view but it's whatever👍) also some information might be wrong I have moved away from this fandom but I still remember most things.
Poe's Pov:
After I had left the agency, my mind wondered to Ranpo. He has been acting different lately. I just brushed it off and headed home.
(Time skip, the next day)
I was walking to the book store to find a new book to read. While walking, someone bumps into me.
"I'm sorry!" They say and I turn around to help them up.
Ranpo's Pov:
After my talk with Yosano I kept thinking about Poe not able to get him out of my head. I tried thinking about confessing my love for him but I figured it would be to soon for that, since I wasn't completely sure if he likes me back or not. Now there was one thing I couldn't solve, finding if Poe likes me back.
I started thinking of ideas of hanging out more with him, thinking about things he would like, but the thing was, I don't know what he likes. We've only ever talked if he had a new novel for me or we would solve a case together.
As I was walking lost in thought, I had accidentally bumped into someone. I stumbled back falling over making a grunt noise as I hit the floor.
"I'm sorry!" I said not realizing who I bumped into. I looked up and I saw Poe standing there and my heart beat quickened once again.
"Ranpo?" He said as he turned around and looked at me. He then held out his hand to help me get up.
When I grabbed his hand to get up my face heated up. As I stood up I let go of his hand and brushed myself off. "Thanks..." I said when I finished brushing myself off. I quickly started thinking about what I could do to hang out with him now and I had to think fast.
"Hey Poe.. Wanna hang out?" Is what came out of my mouth, it sounded awkward but it was better than nothing.
"Sure, I guess" is what he said back, and excitement washed through my body as I heard his answer.
"We should head to the amusement park!" I say, wanting to go to a fun place since I wanted to be able to spend as much time with Poe as possible.
