Felix pov

"Tch" I let out a sound of annoyance as I was just betrayed by my bestfriend, how can he ditch me to go to the saint when he was the one who gave me advice on coming here?

I took a sigh of a tired donkey that has been worked for too long and inhaled a breath to ponder some courage into me and started to walk where the saint was meditating under a tree in the temple and fell on my knees infront of him

He opened his eyes after murmuring something and closed them again before i spoke something "i see what's troubling you, my child" he said in his stern yet calm voice "you're here to ask about your dreams you're certainly getting, right?" He asked, more like said as he was sure that he guessed my problem correctly

I bowed to him and spoke "yes, saint. I want to know what the dreams are about that Im getting"

"Let me tell you, my child" he said and took a pause as if analysing his words before speaking "The guy in your dreams is none other than your soulmate. You two were soulmate in your past life but were seperated as the world couldn't accept your relationship and then decided to die together"

'die together' I repeated in my mind, the saint wasn't lying as I was getting dreams about me and the guy dying together

"The guy in your dreams promised you before dying, that if your love isnt successful in that life, it will surely be in this life" the saint said "what may i do now, saint?" I asked, puzzled with whatever he said and not believing it a bit but still giving it a try just in case it becomes true

The saint chuckled as he found out how weak was my love life as I never had been in a relationship with anyone, nor did I sleep with anyone

"You may find him, my child. Keep searching for him, he will surely be in this universe, transfered by God who doesn't like to break anyone's love. And if not, then you may live as you wish. Just remember, your dreams will be stopped once your soulmate enters this world"

The saint's words were giving a hint of miracle that he believes is going to happen in my life, I bowed to him as he extended his hand to give me blessings as I got up and went my way back to home with my car

I reached my house and I met jisung sitting in my couch as I prepared to be dramatic

"Look who is here, the one who ditched his own bestfriend for his boyfriend" I stated once he saw me and his smile faded as he ran towards me "Im sorry! Its just that minho-" "minho this, minho that. I swear, I made a huge mistake by letting you meet my brother" I cut him off

He whined as he sensed that i still didn't forgive him "dont say that, afterall, he was the one to propose me, and dont you want to see your bestie and your brother happy?" He said while giving me puppy eyes

I sighed in defeat as he smiled in victory "but that doesn't mean you have to ditch me" I said pouting

"I said sorry now, Lix. By the way, tell me what the saint said?" He asked eagerly "he said that the person in my dreams is my soulmate or some shit, i dont believe it but I'll give it a try" I said

"What do you mean? The saint never loes you know" he said, starting his praises for the saint again. Jisung and his family believed in that saint very much and it was infact true that the saint never lied, but the story sounded cheesy like some fairytale

But ofcourse, i didn't want to dissapoint him so i sighed nth time this day and nodded as he smiled and patted my shoulder "trust him, Lix. And I also dont like to see my bestie single for so long so I'm up for this" he said "and, your cafe?" He asked as i widened my eyes in disbelief

"Oh no! Jeongin will kill me now" i said and sprinted out of the door and got in the car in hurry 'jeongin will kill me now' I said, remembering my fellow partner and began to drive in the cafe.
