"Felix.... I love you" Hyunjin spoke out finally after so much of thinking and contemplating whether he should speak the words or not, he decided he should let it out and think about it later
But now looking at Felix's reaction makes him regret for sure. The younger froze as his smile unknowingly faded
But before he could regret even more, he saw how Felix's cheeks got pink while he gulped
"I-i..." Felix couldn't get himself to even speak as he was flustered to the core. Hyunjin knew what the younger was about to say but he just wanted the confirmation. He wanted to hear it from Felix
But before Felix gets the chance to make a terrible try of speaking again, the door knocked as dissatisfaction grew on the older's face. He couldn't bare anyone ruining his special time with this special person infront of him who had the colour pink spread out on his face
"Who is it?" Hyunjin sternly spoke while Felix averted his gaze and got up and Hyunjin stopped him by holding his hand
"It's me, sir" a voice was heard from out of the door
Hyunjin sighed and said "come in"
A young man of their age walked in, he wasn't well-built but was well-defined and his body was masculine even without any thick muscles
"Sorry to disturb you, sir. I have organized all the files as you told me to" the man spoke
"Hmm, anything else, Mr. Choi?" Hyunjin asked "no, sir" the man said and looked at the male awkwardly standing beside Hyunjin
"I think I saw you somewhere, but don't know where" Mr. Choi spoke
"Umm... I own the cafe nearby, The Craving Cafe" Felix spoke
"Ahhh, now I know. My boyfriend works there" Mr. Choi said and chuckled
"Wait, beomgyu?" Felix asked as he nodded "I'll take my leave now, sorry to disturb you two, sir" Mr. Choi said and left while teasingly glancing the hand that was still holding on Felix's
Felix quickly got the hand out of Hyunjin's grip while the older chuckled and pulled Felix on his lap instead
"Hyunjin!" Felix squealed but Hyunjin just tightened his grip around the squirming guy
"Hmm. Now, tell me, what were you gonna say?" Hyunjin asked while staring at Felix who now stopped squirming
"Let me go first, then" Felix said and tried to get out of the grip but no avail
"That'll be difficult now, so let me tie my hands tighter around you, or you speak it. The choice is yours, little sparrow" Hyunjin said
"I'm shy" Felix said with a pout "don't be then, I won't judge you. I love you, Felix" Hyunjin said, now gaining the confidence while Felix sighed and looked into Hyunjin's eyes
"Fine, but i want you to not force me to speak" Felix said "I won't, promise" Hyunjin said while holding out his pinky which was hooked with Felix's pinky
"Okay, start?" Felix asked while Hyunjin nodded
"I..." Felix said and tightly closed his eyes "I love you" he blurted out quickly and burried his face in Hyunjin's chest who kissed Felix's head
"I love you too, Felix" he spoke
Felix heart beats calmed down and the thought about how hard, yet simple it was, revolved in his mind. He truly loved Hyunjin and now knowing that Hyunjin wouldn't laugh at him or judge him or react badly when he will confess his true feelings, he gained the assurance that he shouldn't be afraid of speaking what he wants to to Hyunjin, his soulmate
He raised his head from Hyunjin's chest and held his face to look into his eyes again, this time without moving them anywhere else
"I love you, Hyunjin" he sincerely spoke without any hitch or hurry, so clearly, so perfectly that Hyunjin no more doubted if it was a dream
Lost, Hyunjin was truly and completely lost in the boy infront of him, now sitting on his lap and holding his face soo dearly in his soft and tiny palms that no one ever had held Hyunjin ever so lovely
"I also love you Felix, alot. If you tell me to, I'll wait my whole like for you" Hyunjin took Felix's hands gently just like Felix held his face and pecked his both palms
Their sweet moment was broken by Felix's phone ringing as Felix apologized to Hyunjin and picked up the call
"The lunch break is over, hyung. Come back to the cafe"
"I'm on my way, innie" Felix said and hung up the call
"Sorry, I have to go, Hyun" Felix said with sad eyes
"It's okay, do you want me to pick you up?" Hyunjin asked as Felix nodded with a smile "why not? Okay then. Bye, see you" Felix said while waving at his soon to be lover as Hyunjin did the same
Both of their hearts itched for spending more time with the oter but time had different plans
Felix hesitated before stepping out of the door and then turned himself. He ran towards Hyunjin who stood still and looked at Felix
Felix landed on Hyunjin and latched his lips on Hyunjin's as the older reciprocated the kiss. The kiss was hurried yet very sweet, so longing as they were waiting for this moment for eternity
They beckoned away with a smile on their faces caused by the sweet touch they have made
"Bye, for real now" Felix said
"For real" Hyunjin said as Felix smiled wider and pecked the older and made his way out
Both were equally crazy, both were equally gone. It felt like the love that was incomplete in their past lives was now fulfilled as the young guys were now inseparable and deep in love
