"c'mon, why are you so slow?" Felix jogged through the street while complaining about how slow Hyunjin—who was half asleep—was walking like a dead pile
Felix called Hyunjin at six in the morning and told him to meet Felix at his house as Felix wanted to take Hyunjin sonewhere today to meet someone. While Hyunjin on the other hand just wanted to sleep but he couldn't dare to upset Felix one bit, even if it was for giving up his sleep
"Wait for me, Felix" Hyunjin tiredly said as Felix slowed down for Hyunjin just to grab his hand and drag him through rest of the way while laughing out loud because of Hyunjin's complains
Hyunjin wondered how the guy was still so fresh and energetic at 6:30 in the morning while he just wanted to sleep in his bed
They reached the destination and stood out of the gate of rhe temple where Felix wanted Hyunjin to take to
"Let's get in" Felix said as he unbolted the gate so that they can go in to meet the person Felix so eagerly wanted Hyunjin to meet to
There stood the monk, all alone in between of the open area in the middle of the temple, throwing seeds on the grounds where several birds were feeding on them
The saint sensed a presence behind him and turned back to face a familiar energetic man with a huge smile plastered on his face with a man taller than him standing beside him, holding a confused expression and glancing between the rest two males in hopes that anyone of them will tell him the context of this
The saint paid no heed to the other man who he thinks he never had seen and smiles at the youngest person in the room
"Welcome, my child. What has brought you here to meet someone like me?"
Felix chuckled at his statement and ran to the saint, keeping a respectful distance and bowing to him
"Good morning, saint. I'm here to make you meet someone" he pointed at the confused male as the said man took his steps further and stood beside Felix and bowed just as Felix did to the saint while the saint held up his hand to give him blessings
"He is my soulmate" Felix declared, taking the saint in shock
He didn't expect the younger to find his soulmate this early as he knew it would take people months and years but this guy found him in a month
"Oh, and. I met him the same day as my dreams stopped" Felix stated which made the saint even more shocked, but he was happy as he knew that the two would make a perfect couple as he also knew the both had an understanding and were mature
"May you two never be seperated" the saint blessed the two, making them blush while he chuckled
"I see you two are still progressing, but don't worry, take as much time. But know that in the end, you two would be together and happy" the statement gave the two a hope that everything will be alright as it is now
"Even I can't believe that this happened. Oh! I forgot to introduce him to you" Felix said to Hyunjin
"So basically.." and Felix explained everything to Hyunjin as tye older keenly listened
Hyunjin formed him moth in an o shape after Felix finished telling him the story, making Felix smile at his reaction
"There indeed will be ups and downs in your life, my children. I can't tell when, where and what but I tell you two to be together with eachother every moment of your life. Make this relationship as strong and as pure as you can" the monk advised as the two nodded
"We will do our best, saint. Thankyou" Hyunjin said as the saint chuckled
"Don't thank me, I'm more than happy to help you two. That's all I want, afterall, everyone to be happy. You two may return, my children"
The two nodded and bowed for the last time and made their way out of the temple
"See, I told you that you won't regret it" Felix said
"Whatever you say, sparrow" Hyunjin said as Felix looked at him
"Sparrow?" He asked
"Yea, sparrow. You are tiny and beautiful just like a sparrow"
"But I don't sound beautiful like them" Felix said with a pout
"Yea, that's true. You don't sound as beautiful as them, but you sound even more beautiful than them"
"Oh, stop it" Felix visibly flustered at the statement
"Do I see someone getting pink because I complimented them" Hyunjin teased him more while Felix whined
"You're such a tease" he sulked
"Okay, okay. I'm sorry" Hyunjin convinced the younger to ot ve upset with him
"Sorries won't work on me" Felix said
"Then what will?" Hyunjin asked
"Let me give you a nickname too" Felix stated with his usual beautiful smile as he unconsciously made Hyunjin's knees weak for him for the nth time
"Okay" Hyunjin stated as the younger made an action to think, making him chuckle
After a few bit of thinking he spoke "cœur" the latter got confused by the nickname while the other smiled profusely
"Cœur?" Hyunjin asked as Felix nodded "yes" he replied
"Well, what does it mean?" Hyunjin asked "it's a secret" Felix said while Hyunjin puffed his cheeks dramatically
"That's not fair" he said
"Well, too bad. Everything is fair in love and war" Felix then widened his eyes in realisation and looked away
"What did you say?" Hyunjin asked with no intention to tease and was in pure shock himself
Felix stayed quiet which made it even clearer
Hyunjin stopped on his tracks, making Felix do the same. Still not looking up at the other
"Hey, look at me" Hyunjin said while holding the other's hand
"Tell me, I won't judge you" Hyunjin said as Felix looked up at him
"I.... I like you, Hyunjin. And i think I'm going even further"
Love.....
The younger loved him...
Felix loved him....
