58. Jihope 💞

Jk pulled the bedsheet above them and lie down on the bed with his eyes closed. Tae rested her head on his chest and hugged his torso.

Jk opened his eyes and pecked her forehead. He wrapped his hands around her waist.

Tae- Koo-koo.

Jk- Hmm?

Tae- What about Jiminee and Hobi? You really won't accept them.

Jk- I am telling you last time don't bring this topic up if you don't want our relationship to get affected. (said sternly)

Tae- But atleast listen to me once. I promise henceforth I won't talk with you in this matter.

Jk didn't responded to Tae and closed his eyes.

Tae- Please, request, mention not. (said while imitating Daya ben's voice)

Jk chuckled at her antics and flicked her forehead.

Jk- Say it as it is I am not gonna change my decision.

Tae- Is it only because Hobi is not financially strong; you are refusing for their marriage?

Jk- The main reason is offcourse that and I don't understand why the hell she choose him who's already got a kid. Now she will take care of his child or what? She could have easily got someone much better than him and a well settled guy but choosing him as her partner; I will definitely never agree.

Tae- If it's about financial condition then I don't agree your point. You were so rich when we got married but when you lost everything; did I left you? We went through that situation together and now we are living a peaceful life. Maybe Hobi is poor now but what if Jiminee's love and  support he will rise up?

Jk- Our case was different chubs. We were already married. Tell me one thing; would you have married me if was poor?

Tae couldn't reply Jk as she would never be as brave as Jm to marry someone without any financial stability.

Jk- What happened? Don't have an answer?

Tae- But they love each other.

Jk- Love can't fill their stomach. For that one needs money and suppose even if they got married; they won't be having only their expense to take care of. They have to look after that child as well and do you think it's so easy to raise a child in financial problem? I know this thing cuz I have faced it and I don't want Jiminee to go through this again.

Tae- Okay.

Tae didn't argued with Jk further cuz his point is valid. She closed her eyes and prayed in mind for Jiminee's happiness.

Next morning -

Tae served breakfast to Jk and Hyunnie and was gonna call Jiminee but she herself came down ready to leave for her studio.

Tae- Come Jiminee. Have your breakfast.

Jm didn't respond to Tae. She grabbed an apple from the fruit basket and turned to leave.

Jk- Jiminee; didn't you heard what your bhabhi said? (said sternly)

Jm still didn't respond and continue to walk from there.

Hyunnie- Jiminee aunty please have your breakfast.

This time Jm turned back to face Hyunnie.

Jm- I am sorry Hyunnie but I am getting late. I will have this apple on the way.

Jm again turned to leave but Jk gripped her hand.

Jk- Have your breakfast quietly. Don't create a scene in the morning.
