Felix awoke to a knocking on the door.

"Felix! Wake up son! It's almost lunch time, me and your mom want to tell you something," His dad yelled through the door.

Felix groaned, the light peaking through the curtains was shining right in his eyes. He stretched his arms above his head and uncovered himself.

"I'm coming." He answered his voice raspy from sleep.

His feet hit the floor and the events of today suddenly came back to him. This was the day he was leaving for Korea. He walked out of the bedroom and into the kitchen. Felix's mom and dad were sitting at the table, now looking at him.

"Felix. Sit down please," His mother said.

He hesitated a bit before sitting down.

"Good morning. Dad said you had something to talk to me about?" Felix spoke cautiously, scared of what they were going to say next.

"Well about that.. we decided that we were going to sign you up for a class in law. It's a class before you start law school. We thought it would help with your college choice." His mother said, playing with her hands anxiously.

"What. Mom I'm 19, I should be able to make my own decisions! I didn't want this!" Felix said frantically, running his hands through his hair.

"Watch your tone. Son," his dad sighed, "We get it. You wanted to go to a school for dance. But, can't you realize how unrealistic that is?"

"It's not unrealistic! I can do it! I'm one of the top dancers in my class! But you wouldn't know that. You never come to my competitions or watch me dance at all!"

"Alright that's a bit dramatic. How about we all calm down?" His mother tried to descalate the situation.

"No! I'm tired of you trying to decide my future for me. This is my future. You've never watched me dance for a second, you don't get to tell me what my future as a dancer will be." Felix was done, he stood up and stormed to his room.

———————————————(Time skip: 2 hours later)

"Felix.. It's mom. Can I talk to you?"

"Sure, come in." He sighed.

His mom peaked through the door, her body language apprehensive.

"I know you don't want to go to the class in law but.. me and your father already payed a lot of money for it. Could you please just do it for the rest of the summer."

This made him feel bad. Little did his mom know, he was leaving tonight and wasn't going to be able to go to the law school all summer.

"I guess I can try it out. Just so you didn't waste your money." He stood and went over to his closet, trying to find an outfit for the law school class.

"Thank you. I know you don't want to, I'm sorry." With that she walked out of the room.

It was already around 5 PM so he still had time to spare. This was just one more thing he had to do, then he was free.
