Emilia's POV

2 months later

Joe and I have been dating for 3 months now and I'm pretty sure I'm in love with her. Everything she does makes me love her even more.

I love the way she styles her clothes. I love the way she eats food in a specific order. I love when she keeps me company while I bake. I love her laugh. I love her smile. I love that she wears a lot of rings. I love everything about her. I love her.

"Did you hear me?" Joe asked as she munched on her bag of chips. I sighed, she put her bag of chips down and came to sit closer to me. "What's wrong love?" She asked softly.

"I think you'll stop liking me if I say it" I said making her smile drop "say what?" She said as she took my hands into hers. "I'll never stop liking you" she said.

I took a deep breath and looked at her. "I... I-" I stumbled with my words "did you cheat on me?" She asked with an unreadable expression "no, never" I said quickly. "What is it?" I took a deep breath "I love you Joe and it doesn't matter if you feel the same. I just wanted to tell you." I said quickly.

She let out an exaggerated sigh "I love you too" she smiled. "I thought you were going to break up with me" she let out a small laugh. "Never" I held her face in my hands. We shared a kiss filled with love.

My smile died down "We're graduating next week" I said as tears filled my eyes. "No, baby don't cry" she said as she pulled me into her arms. I cried softly "what are we gonna do?" I asked through cries "I don't know but for now let's just be together ok" Joe answered.

We stayed like that for hours. We talked about random things to get our minds off the day that I would be dreading. I can't get my mind off of it. Will we break up? Will we be long distance? I'm going to Standford and Joe's going to Harvard. That's 2000 miles away from each other.
