•Chester's POV•

I was getting ready to go out with Parker today. I called it a date but I think he thinks I'm joking. I really wasn't. But it's fine.

I was about to walk on the door when I forgot the necklace. It was the necklace Parker gave me. It was silver and had a C engraved. It stood for Chester. My name.

When I walked out and Parker was parked in the driveway. He was waiting for me. I don't drive. It's not because I don't have my license. It's just I don't. It's an option. I got in the car and he smiled at me.

P: "someone looks good today."
C: "oh, who"
P: "you obviously."

That's was such a stupid question to ask. I don't even know why I asked him if I knew he was probably talking about me. Maybe because we are in THE SAME CAR.

C: "oh thank you, that's kind of you to say."

I could feel my face getting hot a little so I looked away. I could feel him still looking at me for a sec. I put my AirPods in. I started playing my favorite song. "Me and my husband" by Mitski.

•Parker's POV•

I was looking for a parking space when I saw Chester putting away his AirPods. I parked and got out. I told Chester to wait for a sec before he got out.

Before he saw me, I ran over to his side of the car and opened the door. He just stared at me and got out. He smiled.

The same smile he gave me when I helped him off the bus when we first met.

"So where do you wanna go first" I said looking at Chester

"Hmm. Can we go get frozen yogurt?" Chester said.

I enjoyed frozen yogurt so of course I said yes.

We walked to the frozen yogurt place. Inside we saw someone familiar. I turned and was face to face with Selena.

"So you're here with your little boyfriend?" She said smiling.

"So what if he is." I said staring directly at her.

"Ugh, whatever." She said walking away.
