One thing Ciel never would have suspected was him not being the only one having made a contract with a powerful entity. Especially not his fiance Elizabeth who upon her visit had a maid he hadn't recalled meeting before. 

And his suspicions where only confirmed when he asked Sebastian and learned this maid of Lizzy's wasn't a human but an angel. Ciel wanted to ask his fiance upfront but then he would have to reveal Sebastian being a demon to do so. 

This maid was of use though as it watched and stopped grell from suicide when Sebastian was busy with Ciel orders. Ciel didn't get the chance to confront lizzy yet but kept it in mind for next they spoke. 

When during Ciel looking into Jack the ripper case when having to attend the party. He cant help but be seen by Lizzy who just want to ask who she thought had a lovely pink dress to talk. Unknowing it was ciel in disguise so sebastian has to dance and help distract lizzy. To the intrest of ciel lizzy's maid the angel is the one who ends up dancing with sebastian due to her haveinf orders from lizzy to help find pink dress ladies identity. 

When circus ark happens and Ciel is taken in night it is Tanaka and the maid who tell Lizzy it was noise in her dream and to go back to sleep. In the end the angel maid helps keep Lizzy preoccupied will helping Sebastian get Ciel case over. Per to please her master Elizabeth by getting Ciel back so they can talk and spend time together.

When Sebastian supposedly dies. seemed to be nowhere to be found. till Sebastian wakes up not dead and she helps him up after everyone had jumped on him in joy and relief. Finally when Lizzy was asleep Ciel had the chance to question the maid on what contract they had with Lizzy. And if Lizzy was aware of what Sebastian and now he was.

How much does Elizabeth actually know? what was the contract between Angel and Lizzy? Why did the angel seem gone when Sebastian was dead?
