First, you will want to find out your littles age. which can go by many things, such as how they speak, if they speak, when they speak, what they eat, why they regressed, and waddling.
it is best to ask your little how old they feel. it is totally fine for a little to not know their age.
you will want to get things like teethers, rattles, pacifiers, bottles/sippies, blankets, and toys. make sure the pacifiers you get are adult pacifiers, they come in size 4-12 most commonly being 6.
you can get adult pacifiers on Amazon and Etsy and maybe some other websites. i would avoid little for big as they are more towards age play and are transph0bic.
if you buy off Etsy, buy a discreetly packaged item or tell the creator that you or your little is closeted.
baby bottles and sippy cups are fine and you shouldn't necessarily need ones for adults
