First, you want to know what animal your pet is. you can tell by behavior, what they eat, and if they vocally express it. you can ask them how by laying out a book of animals, or showing them. and letting them pick! keep in mind let regression is not limited to cats, bunny's and dogs.
id recommend teethers, bottles, collars, ears, tails, and pet toys. I would also recommend shows with their animal in it (a pup regressor would watch bluey or blues clues, a cat regressor would watch superkitties or 44 cats etc)
as with age regression, there's many discreet packaging on Etsy, or ask them for it to be discreetly packaged.
