At the heart of the city, Montego Bay, Jamaica where the party never stops and the lights never dim a beautiful residence stood up to a tall hill, Ironshore. It is quite the eye catcher if your pocket is broad enough to buy a house there, the same could be said for this family.

How does my simple family with mediocre jobs afford such a palace? Maybe we are missing a piece of a puzzle? Perhaps I'm overthinking it she thought to herself.

"Ricka, Ricka!", yelled at her sister

"Ye, mi zone out again nu true?", she asked

"Girl which bowy u did a think bout?", her sister asked

"Lia please nu man nah tek up my head space", she responded laughing

"Mek sure!", Lia replied

As they laughed about silly jokes, a familiar vehicle engine sounded from outside, Lia peeped through the tinted window upstairs to look at what vehicle was outside, the dark blue; tint glass Benz came to a stop as it pulled into the driveaway and the engine stopped, it was their parents.

They had left for work early this morning and came back late as usual, the girls swiftly got rid of the garbage, wash up the dirty plates they had laying around and any other disorganization was quickly fixed. The sound of the car doors shutting and footsteps beating towards the front door sent shiver down their spines, where they going to get caught?

A key was inserted into the knob of the door and it began turning and the girls quickly dash on the coach while grabbing some books to act productive. The door opened and their hearts pound against chest.

"Good Evening, darlings!", their father said

"Good Evening, daddy!", they both replied

Their father enter and took of his shoes and the girls sighed in relief, behind him stood their mother with furious glare as always. The girls looked away frighteningly, who dare to make eye contact with her they thought to themselves.

"Girls freshen up and afterwards come down for dinner", their mother said with a condescending look

"We also brought home letters from your grandparents, it seems they miss you two very much" their father added

"Okay", the girls replied

Lia and Ricka went upstairs to freshen up and relaxed a bit.

"Ri, mi can neva understand that lady", Lia commented

"Wah u mean?", Ricka questioned

"One minute she happy and e next she bex up har face like she ready fi kill smaddy", Lia answered

"Lmao, stop chat a same way u tan" Ricka said laughing at her sister

"Cho!" Lia hissed at her sister

"Mek wi hurry up and go down before she start pon wi", Ricka commented

Moments later they all came down and sat at their respectful places at the dining table and chatted lightly about school and their father join them and handed them the letters. The girls was about to opened the kitchen door opened.

"Dinna ready!", their mom's voice echo has she brought in the steamy plates of food.
