Full of Suprises

Rebecca was getting big and at 11 months she her hair was now dark like her mothers and smiled just like her brother.

The lockesly gang were sitting next to the lake enjoying the summer breeze and enjoying being a family. Regina was sitting with Becca in her lap and Robin lying on his side playing with Roland and talking to them all.

"Do you think Becca would like a daisy crown? I think she would look pretty. Im going to make her one!"
Robin and Regina smiled at their loving son as he made a tiny daisy crown and place it on Beccas head. "Oh Roly she looks wonderful!" Regina exclaimed making Roland beam with pride.

"Becca dont you look wonderful!" Regina said kissing Rebeccas temple making her smile and giggle. Robin took Reginas hand and kissed it, "both my girls look wonderful." Regina smiled and lent forward and kissed Robin.
"Ewwww"
They pulled away and grinned at Roland.

"Roland how about we take Becca and go for a paddle?" said Robin still with a smile on his face. Roland jumped up and down with excitement. Regina stood Rebecca up to get her ready to be lifted by Robin, but to their suprise she stumbled slowly to her dads legs but then fell on her bum in a fit of giggles.
"Ahh Robin! Her first steps!!!" Robin and Regina were estatic and Robin lifted his little princess and twirled her around in the air.

Robin then kissed Regina and ran down the lake with Becca in his arms and Roland skipping next to him. Regina sat on the bank watching Robin hold Beccas hands as she paddled with Roland, squealing in delight.

"Look papa! i can swim real good now!!" Before Robin could stop him Roland had swum out but the water was too deep for his tiny body.
"ROLAND!" screamed Regina when she saw the five year old dissapear under the merky water.

Robin quickly let go of Beccas hands and dived in after Roland. Regina rushed to the lake and picked up Becca who was starting o cry at the sudden turn of dramatic events.

Robin was under for 3 minuites when he surfaced with Roland in his arms.
"Roland! Robin!"
Ribin rushed up to where they had been sitting and lay Roland on the rug.
"Gina hes not breathing!!"
Panic flooded through them both. Regina placed Becca on the rug and used her magic to revive Roland. Suddenly the little boy began to choke and splutter as water seeped from his lips and out of his body.

"ROLAND DONT YOU EVER DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT AGAIN!" yelled Robin as he pulled Roland into a large hug.
"Sorry papa...."
Relief flooded Reginas face as she grabbed Rolands cheeks and kissed his forehead.

Becca then started to cry and they all turned to her. Regina pulled her over to sit next to Roland and began to hum to try and soothe her.
"Dont cry becca..." said Roland who started to pull silly faces. Becca stretched up her tiny arms to regina, "mama......" Regina and Robins face met eachothers and they both had smiles and looks of shock.

"Did she just say ma...." began Regina
'She did!" Robin exclaimed. Roland smiled at his little sister and Regina kissed Rebeccas cheeks over and over again before looking up at Robin. "well today had been full of suprises!"
