*Sorry this chapter also sucks*

"Honey! It's Gypsy!" My mom gets up and hugs me tightly as I continue to choke. She pats my bag and laughs. "It's been forever since we've made physical contact!" My dad pushes their table next to ours. My mom sits back down. My parents stare at us, awkwardly, as I plaster a fake smile on my face.

"I know. Always nice to see you," I lie. My fake smile continuing to get faker and faker. Why the hell are they here? "Why the hell are you guys here?" My dad laughs.

"I love you too Gypsy." He looks at Nate who is scooting away from my mom, who is sitting by him. "So, I guess I did have to worry about this one getting you pregnant." He nods at Nate across the table.

"Yeah, well it's been nice seeing you guys but we just paid." As soon as I stand up to leave, our waiter walks over and asks for our order. I sigh and sit back down. "Or not." You might not understand why I don't like seeing my parents, hence the fact they are rockstars and let me do whatever I want. But the thing is, they are very annoying in person. And judgmental! They nit pick everything you do, purposely tell embarrassing stories, and don't know when to shut up. On video you can just hang up on them, in person you can never get away.

"Well since you and my daughter are dating, I guess it's time to tell you a little bit about her past," Dad folds his arms and smiles at Nate. My parents are only around forty, but they both have grey hair. Kind of like how Amber and Mike dyed their hair blue, my parents dyed their hair grey together.

"We aren't dating," I pick at my food, suddenly loosing my appetite when my mom tries to feed Nate.

"Oh well. When Gypsy was thirteen years old, I knew she would want to join the gang business like the twins. She was good with numbers and could damn sure lead a good team. She would always make deals with the people who attended our parties. She didn't know how to get started in the business but she knew about it. She's always dragged Duke around with her, he would do anything she said." My dad stops and takes a bite of his steak.

"Remember that time Gypsy told Duke to pretend to be a dog for a week. So she made us buy dog food for him to eat." My mom laughs. "You would literally walk him around on a leash." I put my head in my hands and sigh.

"Yeah, poor Duke. However, when we all met Cigarette, things changed. See, Cigarette was already in a gang. He had transferred to their school from. Where was it?" He looks at me and I shake my head.

"We don't talk about him remember," I glance at him and he shrugs.

"Darling don't slouch, you'll ruin your poster."

"Anyways. Cigarette transferred from somewhere and Gypsy just fell in love. Literally fell in love with him. He taught her everything she knows today. He was the original leader of the Manics, when they first started. But really Gypsy ran it all. Just like Duke he did everything she said. After he built the empire he gave it to her because-"

"Because from the start it was hers." They both stop and smile.

"Just like his heart." The both say in unison. I get up and leave.

"Gypsy, always push in your chair!" My mom yells after me. I walk out the back door and take in a breath of air. I hear the door open and assume it's Nate.

"Please don't ask about Cigarette or why I made Duke be a dog for a week. I just want to leave and forget this ever happened."

"Honey, I'm sorry." But it's my mom instead.

"Gia you know we don't talk about him. Why would you do it right in front of Nate? If your gonna tell him at least tell him behind my back." She laughs and hugs me.
