I stare at him intensely. "Well?"
"Well, I will let you pass the semester with all A's. Every single one of you."
"Yeah. I already have enough credits." I look at Duke and Henley. "How about you?" They nod their heads yes.
"Okay. I," he thinks but doesn't come up with anything.
"How about you do something for my entertainment." I smirk and he looks at me blankly.
"Like what?"
"After we leave your office. I want you to turn on the intercom and call a dude. And act like you and him are having affair." I think about it for a second and nod. "I'll tell you who to call." He stares at me wide eyed.
"I could loose my job!" I shrug and grab my bag, motioning for Duke and Henley.
"You could loose your job for snorting. Yet, you still do it." We walk out, all going to different classes.
The end of the day came by pretty quickly. However, Mr. Pierce never made his special lover a call on the intercom. I figured so much, even though he does cocaine he doesn't do it in front of the whole school. Daniel stops me on my way out.
"Gypsy, stay here a second?" I walk to his desk and sit on the corner. Daniel is a really cool teacher, he teaches AP English classes. All my classes are AP. Just because I don't follow the rules, doesn't mean I'm stupid.
"What's up Danny?" Daniel is only twenty six. He went to school with David and would always come over to the house. So, he was like a third brother.
"You're really smart, Gypsy. I want you to apply to an Ivy League college. Applications are coming up really soon and I want you to write an essay to get into one. If you need help, I will gladly help you with it." He looks at me. I literally laugh in his face. I didn't mean to but I do.
"Yeah. I'd just be wasting my time, your time, and those colleges time. There is no way I'm going to get in an Ivy League school with my record. I have police reports, expulsions , and I won't get an references. I don't even know what career I want," I pause for a second. "Honestly Danny, I haven't even thought about college."
"I understand your concerns, but I know a lot of people. I can pull some strings for you. You have real potential and write great stories." I shake my head and get up from his desk.
"I don't want you to pull strings for me. I'm perfectly fine with what I have. I knew that by doing all the crap I did it would mean I couldn't get into the greatest college. I did that to myself. I don't really want to go to college." I walk out the door.
"David would want you to." I ignore him and keep walking till I get outside. When I do get outside, Nate is waiting for me. I grin and walk over to him. He pulls me to his chest and kisses me.
"You were supposed to bring me to school," he says against my lips. I give him another kiss and look at him, biting my lip.
"I forgot?" He laughs and shakes his head.
"No you didn't. Look, you can't keep me locked in your room all day, as much as I enjoy it. I have to go to school. I'll be fine."
"Nate." I whine and he presses me against the car, placing his knee between my legs.
"Say my name again," he whispers in my ear.
"Nate," I smirk, hearing him wince.
"Again," he kisses my neck. Shivering under his touch, I say his name again. He hungrily kisses me wrapping his hands under my thighs. I gently run my nails over his neck. We pull apart to breath and when I look over his shoulder I see Drew watching us with an amused smirk.
