Aika and Mizuki

The Time to Part

Jin walks up to Aika's father and bows. "...sir. What shall we do now?" Aika's father runs his fingers down his hair and pauses for a moment before he says anything. "Ve 'ave no choice vut to 'old ze engagement ovv vor a vile....you may return to your 'ome vor now....princess Mizuki."

Mizuki was a bit frightened that he messed up and the relationship to this kingdom was broken.

"Hey! Can Mizuki come over and play whenever she wants to?" Aika shouts

"Sure. Vy not?" His father replied. "Vut 'e must return now vecause ve must clean up."

Without listening to the second part of his father's reply, Aika jumps up and down, and gives Mizuki a hug. "Yay! Come over and play whenever you want to. Okay?"

"O-okay...." Mizuki replies meekly

Marika bows to everyone. "Princess and I shall be taking our leave now." He takes Mizuki's hand after he bows also and leads him out to where their stuff is, packs up and goes out side to a carriage.

As Mizuki is placed into the carriage, Aika dashes out of the place. "I'll find a cure to get us back to normal! And then we can get married! Okay?"

To his own surprise, Mizuki replies with an okay.

That night the road the carriage took was particularly bumpy and when they were nearing Mizuki's home, one of the horses lost it's balance and the carriage crashed into a nearby tree. Marika felt the carriage tip and quickly pulled Mizuki into his arms. Marika sustained a heavy amount of damage while Mizuki ended up losing his consciousness.

Some villagers who happened to be nearby and heard the crash came over and rescued them and took them to a doctor. Mizuki did not wake up for a few days, and within those few days, Marika lost to his injuries and passed away.

Mizuki woke up and grieved over Marika's death...the one thing he had no recollection was what happened while he visited the kingdom.

A few years later, Mizuki and Aika meet again. Mizuki and Aika both wearing a male uniform The first thing he said to Aika was,

"Hello. My name is......"
