Hii! So I just want to show you some things I've been realizing and showing my current tail picks!

Numba one
You've probably seen this before, I think the coloring is really good for the open pcean

This is the second one and my favorite by far, I was thinking, if there's some mind of way to make the tail change color based on the temperature of my environment, for example, I live near the pacific ocean which isn't really considered a tropica...

This is the second one and my favorite by far, I was thinking, if there's some mind of way to make the tail change color based on the temperature of my environment, for example, I live near the pacific ocean which isn't really considered a tropical climate, so when I first swim in the tail, it will be a darker purple because the water is colder, and the orange part will become white in the cold for counter shading. Then when I go somewhere Tropical like Maldives or Bahamas, it will slowly revert to the shade below to blend in with coral. I want to add some type of glow for night time to, as a part time mermaid I won't be spending more than a few days in the ocean, but I still feel like It would be useful.

As for the fluke size, a common misconception in the mer-shifting community, BIGGER FLUKES ARE NOT FASTER!!!!Smaller flukes are proven to be faster while bigger flukes are built for long distances

As for the fluke size, a common misconception in the mer-shifting community, BIGGER FLUKES ARE NOT FASTER!!!!Smaller flukes are proven to be faster while bigger flukes are built for long distances. So for me, as a Tropical Traveler, mine would be mid sized, so slightly bigger than the average Tropical Mermaid. I can't insert the video but it shows two silicone mermaid tails. One of the mermaids swims faster. Can you guess which one it is? It is the one with the smaller fluke.

Heres this one, which I think would be great for the open ocean but not so much on the tropical. Maybe if it also had a color change feature it would work!

I forgot to crop this one lol but its a dark blue mermaid tale in the water, and I've noticed that dark blue is a very good color for the open ocean then again, not so much on the tropical part because tropical waters are a light blue or sea green. I really love the way it blends!

This one I really thought would be good for a tropical environment, considering it would blend in more with the sand! It could also have the color change feature so that while I'm in the open ocean, it would be a dark blue, and in a tropical envir...

This one with countershading would be really good for open ocean!
