Blaze: What? No she didn't I didn't remember reading that

Blaze: naw we aren't going home as yet I got a few stuff to do.

Blaze: I just looked at my phone because I had to meet a guy at this new plaza out west. We got there and it was a Burger king close by so I let Candy get use something to eat. I went to the man who was actually standing in the parking lot of this new plaza. He was this white mix guy that looked Bahamian but American all in one. His name was Peter Wilson

Blaze: Good morning Mr Wilson

Peter: Please call me Peter as he shakes my hand. He said I'm still amazed that your so young but you want to purchase this plaza.

Blaze: I just recently inherited some money so I want to turn it into more then what it is. I'm trying to own as many buildings and businesses as I can. Now when I saw the price you were selling this entire plaza at I was shocked and had to jump at it. Why you selling it for only four hundred thousand. Another question is it fully yours or you still paying the bank for it.

Peter: Believe me there is nothing wrong with it as you can see Burger King had already acquired one of the slots there are 13 other vacant spaces. It's a new plaza but I'm moving and need some quick cash to handle some business. I also have a few other businesses here so I decided I didn't really need this plaza nor do I have the time to develop it . Let's take a tour and go inside of each one. I too have a little money on my end so I just wanted to invest cause that's the only way you would be even more rich. I felt like a man that was making moves and as we went in each store I took a great detail of each. The vacant slots really could be anything. She pulled up just in time as I was takin pictures she saw me standing in the parking lot. Her name was Kate. She was light skin and had a nice figure. She did not look like she had kids at all. Kate: I'm great and I have to say I'm so surprised that you making business calls being so young and fresh out of high school. I'm proud of you so what is your order of business today.

Blaze: Ok I'm about to buy this entire plaza. This shop right here in particular I think it will be nice for a hair salon and barber shop. I got to person that have been styling and cutting hair for a minute. They both have massive clientele and know the business well. In this particular vacant space it's spacious and divided into two. I want a barber shop on one side and a hair salon on one side. They both have there on entrance but the stores are connected. I want the salon to be called candies and I want the barbershop to be names Cory's Cutting Edge Cuts.
