"So I just have to act normally?" Seungmin asked Hyeongjun who was walking right next to him. "No you wear a rainbow, of course, what do you think?" Hyeongjun quickly added the last part as he knew that Seungmin wasn't the brightest and he might take that literally.
"You've been gay your whole life, so just act how you normally do, bully me a bit?" Hyeongjun thought, because if Seungmin were to suddenly stop bullying him then people would start doubting something.
"If you feel nervous, you can send me a message and I'll meet you in the English classroom 123" Hyeongjun made a plan for the two as he saw that Seungmin was stressed. Very stressed.
"Thank you for being so kind to me" Their fingers interlocked, and then held hands. "It'll be fine" Hyeongjun stopped in his tracks, since it was his first day in school knowing/realising that he was gay, the two had decided to walk to school together.
"What's wrong?" Seungmin asked, also stopping. "Don't stop the bullying" Seungmin frowned, he didn't understand why he'd every hear that.
"If you stop, people will know something's up, and they'll start bullying you" Seungmin knew it would be better if he continued but he didn't want to go on with it.
"Are you sure?" Hyeongjun nodded as they continued walking again. "You're bag looks heavy" Seungmin took Hyeongjun's bag off his back. "Are you gonna throw it?" Hyeongjun asked without a single ounce of irony. "No, I'm carrying it for you"
"Oh uh thank you!" Hyeongjun was still surprised when something like this happened. He knew Seungmin was nice, he just wasn't nice with him.
"Alright, were almost here, I guess I'll just take back my bag? So we can come separately" Hyeongjun walked in front, so Seungmin stayed back for a while.
"Good morning!" Jiseok greeted him and brought him over to Jungsu who was already at his locker. "Hi Hyeongjun" He closed the door, he was about to start talking but Gunil walked passed, it was as if there was some kind of magnet that always made Jungsu go right to the older boy.
"Talk about boy crazy" Jiseok sighed "As if you wouldn't be hopping around like some kind of crazy kangaroo if Jooyeon was around" Hyeongjun closed his locker and followed Jiseok to their first class. Physical Education.
Another badminton class.
Another two hours of Seungmin bullying him. Although Hyeongjun knew that it would be just acting and for his own good.
"C'mon let's play fag" Seungmin threw the racket to Hyeongjun, but just before throwing it, he made sure it wouldn't hit Hyeongjun.
But with every shuttle that Hyeongjun missed, Seungmin's eyes would gets more and more humid. He obviously looked very unwell. They swapped with Jiseok and Jooyeon and sat on the gymnasium's floor. "You don't look good" Hyeongjun took a good look at the older boy. "I'll tell the teacher you're sick, so that you can maybe... Well, you see, feel better?" Seungmin only replied with a nod. So Hyeongjun stood up with Seungmin following very closely.
"I don't think the nurse is here, maybe you can just go outside for some fresh air?" The teacher suggested and that's what the two did.
"I've been an emotional wreck the whole weekend and that sucks, I just want to be normal!" He sat on one of the picnic tables.
"Do you want me to sit across or next to you?" Seungmin replied with the latter, so Hyeongjun sat next to him.
Hyeongjun cupped the older boy's face. "What are you doing?" Hyeongjun caressed his cheek. "That helps me calm down, maybe it'll work for you?" Seungmin wouldn't admit it but he liked it. "Are you better now?" Seungmin nodded, so they stood up and went back in the gymnasium.
--
After gym class, Hyeongjun exited the gymnasium followed closely by Seungmin. Instead of being ignored, like most people would be, they were stared at. "Stay in front of me" Hyeongjun ordered, pulling Seungmin to be right beside him. "Why?" "If we get pushed, at least you'll land on me instead of the lockers" Hyeongjun explained, having plenty of experience on his own.
And of course, that happened. This time it was a girl. "Fags" She called out and walked away.
The two only got a short look at her but who it was hurt Seungmin. "Shin Yuna?" He asked, Hyeongjun looked at him and decided to quickly pull him away. "Try to forget about it"
Jiseok, Jungsu, Gunil and Jooyeon were watching, they couldn't believe something like that happened. Especially to Seungmin who would usually be the perpetrator. Them holding hands was even more surprising.
"What the fuck is happening to the Seungmin I know?" Jooyeon asked, staring at the pair. "So you're telling me that he's probably gay?" Jungsu asked, hurt due to everything he's caused to Hyeongjun.
--
"You know, when I said be more accepting of the lgbtq community, I didn't mean literally part of it" Gunil ended that with a chuckle. Seungmin stumbled back a bit. "Huh?" Seungmin didn't know how this could possibly be known.
The two were in Seungmin's bedroom, simply talking. "We saw what happened with Hyeongjun" Gunil explained, sitting next to Seungmin.
"Wh-what?" He stammered, still in shock.
"As I said before, there's no shame in being gay" Gunil crossed his legs. Seungmin bit his lip trying to find the right words.
"I like Hyeongjun"

A/n
I wrote the first chapter of a gunsu ff, either I publish it rn or write all the parts so I'm debating that in my head. Btw, I just want to say, I am a huge Yuna stan (Lia/Yuna biased) so this is nothing against her
