Clingy Hyeongjun was very rare.

Extremely rare.

Seungmin didn't mind it much, he sometimes did wish he had someone a tiny bit more clingy than Hyeongjun, but that was life. He loves Hyeongjun so if that means not get a ting bit more of clingy-ness, then that was a compromise he was willing to make.

"If I took out a drink, then we'd both be super clingy" Seungmin let his intrusive thoughts out. Hyeongjun, who's head was on his boyfriend's chest, shook his head. "If we're both clingy, at some point we'll start fucking" Seungmin chuckled and shook his head.

"You really are sick, these strange thoughts are taking over your mind" He knew Hyeongjun would normally say something like that.

Seungmin continued speaking, but for some strange reason he didn't get an answer, not even a sign from Hyeongjun. He looked down at his chest and noticed the younger boy peacefully sleeping on his chest.

"Aw, you're so cute" Seungmin couldn't handle Hyeongjun's cuteness. He knew Hyeongjun didn't hear him, or at least didn't consciously.

Seungmin slightly lowered his face, he made sure Hyeongjun didn't wake up. He kissed the younger boy's forehead.

"If I were you, I wouldn't have dated myself" Seungmin said to the boy, despite not being heard he still wanted to talk about it. "I was a complete asshole back in Year 12"

Hyeongjun slightly moved, Seungmin was worried, he thought that he had woken up his boyfriend, but luckily no.

--

"Sorry for falling asleep on you" Hyeongjun immediately apologised after waking up. "Don't worry, you looked adorable" Hyeongjun turned pink after that compliment.

"You seem to be better, it's time to take your medication" Seungmin stood up and dropped the medicine in the glass of water.

"Thank you" Hyeongjun took the glass from the older boy.

"Isn't school over soon?" Hyeongjun asked, after noticing the time on the clock. Seungmin nodded, but he quickly added a few extra details. "Technically school's already over, so she's taking the bus right now" Hyeongjun nodded, and sat at the table.

"Oh! I forgot about this!" Seungmin took out a small box. "Since you gave me a promise ring, which I would've never thought of, I got you one as well!" He put it on Hyeongjun's ring finger. "Oh thank god it's the right size" Seungmin muttered to himself, Hyeongjun giggled and hesitated for a while.

After that quick moment of hesitation he kissed Seungmin's cheek. The latter's mouth was left open for a good quarter of a minute.

"Y-you kissed my cheek?" Seungmin couldn't believe what had happened, he would've never expected in ages that Hyeongjun would kiss anything but his neck.

"It felt like the right moment"

--

"Where are the wretched test papers!" Dahyun was looking through Seungmin's test to cheat- study very specific things in their next test.

"They're over there" Hyeongjun, behind her, grabbed a stack of papers behind the computer. Dahyun was about to thank him. "Wait- does he know about this?" She suddenly asked out of heavy suspicions.

"Alright, let's go out now" Hyeongjun guided Dahyun out.

"Hyeongjunnie?" Seungmin called out from the kitchen. Dahyun, who first heard the nickname on her second day at his home, found it adorable. Due to it not being uttered in a couple of days, she thought it was a rather rare occurrence.

Yet that was quickly disproved after she heard it multiple times daily.

"What's wrong?" Hyeongjun left Dahyun's side rushed to the kitchen. "Two things, one are you feeling better, two, what's the coriander and what's the parsley?" Seungmin asked him, wrapping his arm around the younger's waist.

"One, I am feeling better, two, that's parsley, the others coriander" he pointed to the different herbes.

"Mr. Oh, what do you think could be a cute nickname for me?" Dahyun asked from the living room table, she was doing some homework downstairs. "Dahyun, call me Seungmin from now at home" Seungmin found the Mr. Oh annoying, and it made him feel older than he actually was. "Dahyunnie? I don't know" Hyeongjun said, turning off the stove that Seungmin had left on.

"So, is your version of a nickname just adding 'ie' and hope it'll work?" Dahyun had an interrogative tone yet she wasn't asking a question. Seungmin rolled his eyes.

"I mean, Hyeongjunnie, Seungminnie or Minnie or Seungie?" Dahyun buried her head in the table. "Well, Hyeongjunnie, that's a very special thing to us" Seungmin protested, he couldn't believe this fourteen year old girl had some very good points against him.

"Ooh! Can I get a story time?" (Chap IV) She left her notebooks on the table and went up to them. "It was our first tutoring session" Seungmin started excited, Hyeongjun signed for him to continue after Seungmin had paused, almost making it seem like he wanted Hyeongjun to explain.

"I had pissed him off, so he ran with my bag" Dahyun was about to ask why Hyeongjun was mad, but she decided to continue listening to the current story.

"And it slipped out of my mouth" Seungmin smiled, remembering the events of that day.

"I think your leaving out a detail" Hyeongjun smiled as well, what had happened afterwards was probably one of his favourite things that happened pre-dating. Well that and obviously the kiss.

"O-oh right, well, you fell" Hyeongjun laughed at Seungmin's avoidance to explain the truth. "He wanted to kiss me" "Did not" Seungmin defended himself quickly. "We were simply in a position that seemed like I wanted to kiss you!" Dahyun scoffed. "That just makes it more pathetic" She muttered, Hyeongjun let out a small laugh.
