Any teenager would know that our sleeping patterns are messed. And when i say messed i mean seriously messed. Like for example on a week end you go sleep at around 4-5 in the morning and wake up at 12 but still won't get up until 2. Or you only have around about 4 hours of sleep or maybe one if your doing all nighters like i was for exams. Or if you are elder than you most probably do the same or have done the same. So everyone can relate. what bothers me though, about sleep, is the constant change in sleep patterns just when we get used to one. for example in summer, i dont know about you but i would most likely go sleep at ungodly hours then wake up at ungodly hours but soon as this holiday is over i have to wake up at six so you tell your self I've gotta be in bed by ten. Yep. Well that flopped that flopped like a fish tryna get back in the water but it got no chance. I tell you NO CHANCE. And then your all grumpy and sleepy in lesson and I don't know about you guys but I tend to well go into a mode of hysteria. And me paired up with hunger and sleep well let's just say that I'll be passionate, passionately irritated by everything. All I wanted to say sleep is precious sleep is sacred. Things need to stop messing my sleep up or I swear things are about to end. Also everyone make sure you have enough sleep and I mean full eight hours not because I care about you rather your mental health.
