18.Confronting Dadi

Digvijay - Bhaii I cannot understand anything what Aarya is telling us is it true?
Ranvijay- I don't know Adi I really feel dadi papa and bua hide many things from us.I dont want to believe dadi sometimes on what she says about mummy.But then I think why would she lie.Why didn't mummy contact us if she missed us so much as she says.Papa always keeps quiet on this matter and never says anything.
Something happened in our family that no one tells us.

DVJ-I am going to call dadi and ask her.

He called dadi.
DVJ- Hello dadi pranam kaisi hain aap?
(Hello dadi my greetings to you how are you?)
Dadi-Theek hoon beta.Aap kaise hain?
(I am fine son what about you)
DVJ-Sab theek hai.Ab Aarya bhi reh rahi humaare sath
(Everything is alright.Now Aarya is also living with us)
Dadi-Ye bohot achi baat hai beta par teri maa ko har cheez se aapatti hoti hai.
(It's such a good news but your mother is making it an issue)
DVJ-What was she saying?
Dadi-She said Aarya is not comfortable in living with her brothers.She basically wanted to say you can't take care of her daughter.She does not wants Aarya to involve in this family.I don't know what goes on in her mind.
DVJ-Dadi did you ever talked to Aarya when she was in Mumbai before coming back to our family.
Dadi-What no beta.I saw her face only in photos till the time she came to live here in Jaipur.Meri footi kismat main apni poti se kabhie mil tak nahi paayi thi baat karna door ki baat hai.(It's my bad luck I only saw my grand daughter's face in photos.I never met her in real life until she came to Jaipur.I never got the chance to see her how would I talk to her.)
She sobs after saying this.

Digvijay-Dadi please stop crying.
Dadi-Beta I don't want anything just keep my grand daughter safe.I love her so much though I know she doesn't.Anyways it's not her fault her mother filled her with so much hate.
But why did you ask me did I talk to her or not.Did she say something to you?Was she asking about me?

DVJ-No no dadi she wasn't saying anything you relax.She will take time but she will understand us .
Dadi-Yes beta.How is Sana, Ranvijay and Sanjana?
DVJ-All are fine.
Dadi-Happy to know they are fine.After marriage everyone changes.
DVJ-No no dadi it's not like that .
Dadi-No beta I know your wives don't want to come here just like Mriganka.I know we are attached to our roots and they are very different from our background so they think I am orthodox and evil.Mriganka told me you even don't like to come here
DVJ-No dadi its nothing like that.Please don't listen to mummy.I will talk to her.

DVJ-Dadi it's nothing like that she should better know what her family did.We cannot let it go.Its not something trivial it turned out to be a war because of what they do to us.
Dadi-Beta but she will never accept this family.Why don't you understand just leave this war.She already said to me that I am the reason of all the problems happening in this family.
DVJ-What when did she say this to you? Dadi why didn't you tell me?

He cuts the call and tells everything to Ranvijay.The boys believed their dadi after all she was the one who raised them in their parents absence.How can someone not believe their guardians?

Samragini(Dadi)-Digvijay took Aarya to house in Delhi.Shrinkhala do something and bring her here.That girl will destroy our plan if she will stay there.I somehow convinced Digvijay that she is lying but we cannot keep them convinced for long if she stays with them.
Shrinkhala(Bua) - Maa don't worry I will bring her here.I have a plan.Bhai will drag Aarya to Jaipur just wait and watch.
She calls someone

Listen to me when you will go to her for guarding.Make calls from her phone to the number I am sending you.

While Aarya was in washroom.Swati took Aarya's phone and called at the number and hangs up when the call was picked up.

In the morning next day-
Vijay was sitting in lawn and sipping his tea.He was reading newspaper.
Shrinkhala -Good morning bhaiya
Vijay-Good morning
Shrinkhala-Bhai how is elections preparation going on?
Vijay-Its going good.We will win again .People are with us.
Shrinkhala -I know my brother will win.But bhai I am scared may be there is something due to which you can lose the elections.
Vijay looked at her and kept his newspaper down.
Vijay -What is it?
Shrinkhala -Bhai it's not about elections but I got a call at night on my number.It was any journalist's call he said he knows very well that Aarya is involved with drug dealers who are Sheikh's men.He said he has solid proofs and if we do not want him to publish this news then I should send him 1crore.I will give him money I have no problem in giving her money.But what would have happened if this story would have been published by any journalist.Our reputation is at stake.I know Aarya is a kid she does things in childishness but it will affect her image badly.Its not about elections but it's also about her future.
Vijay-Shrinkhala stop speaking nonsense.Aarya is not involved with drug dealers of Sheikh's.Who the hell told you this ?
Shrinkhala-Bhaiya I may be wrong and I want to be wrong but before sending that person money I want you to cross verify I don't want my Aarya in trouble.

Vijay just nodded the head.
Shrinkhala left she knew the work has been done.

Vijay immediately called one of his trusted men and asked him to search everything.After one hour he got the information that in the party Aarya went one week before.A drug dealer of Sheikh's was also present outside the club but Aarya did not meet him most probably because she was dragged by Farhad to her hostel.But the informer also told him that after checking her call history many times that number has been dialled from Aarya's telephone kept in her room.
Vijay cuts the call.

Aarya's phone was snatched by Ranvijay so the calls made were from the telephone kept in her room.

Vijay was furious he thought Aarya was involved in illegal businesses.He called DIGVIJAY and what he said was Aarya's biggest horror.
