Sooji's POV:

"it was refreshing. you were just like Harin, though. if i'd refused the offer from earlier, would you have blackmailed me into getting in trouble?" Yerim asks me.

"not really. i never blackmailed anyone. you just assumed i did, and i used that. i don't care about your friendship or love. if you want to keep it a secret, tell Sim Eunjung to be careful" i tell her. "you won't let it show, then? why not? what could be more fun than that?"

"it's not as big a deal as the fact that Harin is a psycho" i say. "are you serious?"

"i'm not like Harin. see you tomorrow" i say before walking away.

"a plan to smash the pyramid. do you really have one?" she asks me.

"she's grade A. we must break Harin's ruler image. don't worry. she won't think of coming after you over this. even she knows the kind of presence you have in class. i just need you to do as i ask"

"so? what then?" Yerim says. "i'll change my request that you go down to grade F. you're to become grade A this time. Jaeun, Jiae, Jaehyung and Mikasa's vote will be enough to get you there" i say.

"Mikasa? she's in on this?" Yerim asks me. "yes. she has been for a while now, and no one's figured it out. if there's anyone in our class who can gather enough supporters as Harin, it's you two"

Mikasa's POV:

"you got the adults to play the game during open class" i hear Yerim say. i turn around to see her talking to Harin. "isn't that considered leaking the game contents? am i wrong? no?"

"what are you up to Yerim?" Dayeon asks her. "why are you acting fishy?"

"i don't know" Harin says. "what do you all think? does anyone think i leaked the contents of the game? or was anyone questioned by their parents?" no one says anything. "that's a no, Yerim"

"come on. who'd answer if you ask like that? they'd be too scared to" Yerim says. "Mikasa. what do you think?"

everyone turns to look at me. "i think.. Harin shouldn't be able to vote in the next pyramid game" i say. this was my chance to get back at her.

"i think so too. how about a secret handwritten vote then?" Yerim says. "can you guarantee it'll be anonymous?" Eunjung asks. "then i'm in. Jung Yeondoo. what about you?"

"i'm up for anything Yerim says. can we skip morning study hall?" Yeondoo says.

"hey, don't go too far" Dayeon says. "yes. stop it, Yerim" Wooyi says.

"but. if Mikasa and Sooji lost the right to vote for breaking the rule, shouldn't that same rule be applied to Harin? even if she's grade A" Yerim says. she walks over to me and puts her hand on my shoulder. "let's do what Mikasa suggested"

"as you said, this is everyone's game" i tell Harin. "punishments should be fair, if you broke the rule too"

"yes. it is everyone's game" Harin says.

once everyone had voted, 13 people said yes while 11 people said no.

i'm about to walk out of the bathroom after i've finished washing my hands, but that's until Dayeon walks in.

"what were you thinking?" she asks me, she sounds really mad. "what?"
