La-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la-la Uyeoni aninikka (DNA) La-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la-la Uyeoni aninikka, DNA

The music blasted one last time while all 6 girls posed in front of the camera."Thank you guys, that was amazing. Thank you again for supporting us, and don't forget to subscribe for more," said Yasmine, a cute girl with brown hair and grey eyes, as she did some aegyo. She was the leader of an American cover dance group called Diamond.

"How about grabbing some Starbucks? I'm craving a caramel frappuccino," whined Soraya, a small girl with blonde hair, known for her fierceness.

"Yeah, great idea," Min-ah, the only Korean member of the group, replied.

Yasmine smiled. "Okay girls, pack your bags. This one's on me since it's payday today."

"Yeeesh!" all the other girls screamed in excitement.

"Okay people, that's it for today. See you all next time," a male voice was heard from Yasmine's phone.

"Yasmine is zoned out again," teased Maybelle, a black girl, and the whole group burst into laughter.

"Girl, you should send him something," Tisha said to Yasmine, clearly the visual of the group with her tall stature, red hair, green eyes, and captivating smile. They were talking about Ian, an anonymous dancer on TikTok who always wore black and a mask.

"Am I the only person who doesn't understand why you like him? He always wears black and a mask," Miranda asked bluntly.

Yasmine finally looked up. "His eyes... it's like they speak."

"Alright, lovebird. Time to send something before I get sick," Soraya snatched the phone out of Yasmine's hand.

"No, wait..." she whined, but it was already done.

"Thank me later, darling," Soraya winked, and with that, everybody went home.

"Hey, sick moves," Yasmine read the message from Soraya over and over again while their cover was uploading. She saw Ian was online but didn't read it.

She sighed. "Of course he wouldn't. This is so lame."

After the video was uploaded, she went to sleep.

"Thank you, I enjoyed your cover of DNA too. Long time I saw such passion," Yasmine read the message over and over again while going to class.

"Girl, are you okay?" Min-ah asked, slightly worried.

Yasmine sat in the same class as Min-ah and Soraya. They were the closest, even though Yasmine treated her Diamond girls identically. They were all her sisters. She showed her phone to Min-ah and Soraya while smiling from ear to ear.

"Whoa, he did text you back," Min-ah was surprised.

Soraya smiled widely. "Yes, I knew it would work. Now text him back."

"I... I don't know what to say," Yasmine pouted.

"Just say thank you or something."

"Hmmm... I have an idea. May I?" Min-ah asked.

"Yeah," Yasmine handed her phone to Min-ah.

"What about this?" Min-ah showed the message before sending it.

"I'd say perfect," Soraya smiled.

"Okay, that might work," Yasmine answered.

"Okay, aaaaand send."

Yasmine checked her phone from time to time. It was already after dinner, and the only messages she received were from the group chat Diamond had made a few years ago.

"Hey guys, I'm getting nervous, still no response." ~yasmine

"Yeah, it'll be fine. Maybe he's busy." ~soraya

"What happened?" ~Maybelle

"Yasmine got a message from Ian so Min-Ah answered it." ~soraya

"Whoa, what did you say?" ~Tisha

"I thanked him and said he was still the better one." ~minah

Yasmine had a notification.

"Hahaha, thank you, but I still have a lot to learn. How are you?" ~Ian

Yasmine almost swooned. It was like she could hear him say that with his soft, husky voice. "I'm fine, and you?" ~yasmine.

She saw the typing bubble moving. He is online?

"I am fine too. Still sleepy.

Do you have your own TikTok too, or kakao or something?" -Ian.

Yasmine gasped.

He did not ask that for real, right?

"Girls, what to do? He asked for my personal TikTok or some social media of mine." Yasmine sent to the group chat.

"Woah, that went fast." Tisha

"You can start with your personal TikTok." ~Minah

"Do I smell a collab?" ~Soraya

"Ya girls, stop it. I am blushing." ~yasmine.

She went back to her chat with Ian.

Her heart was pounding.

Is it too early to say she liked him already?

She didn't know, she didn't care.

She gave him her personal TikTok.

It was a TikTok where she posted her solo covers. It was full of K-pop.

Most of them were from BTS.

"Aah shit, what if he thinks she's a Koreaboo?" She thought.

He was typing.

She was waiting impatiently, ready to hear something nasty about her choice of music.

"I like your solo stuff, and you are pretty too." ~Ian

"W..what?" She stuttered. "Was he always this smooth?"

"Uhm, where are you from if I may ask?" ~ Yasmine

"I live in Seoul, and you?" ~Ian.

"I am from Florida." ~yasmine

"Whoa, what do you do?" ~ Ian

"I am a student of art in my senior year, and you?" ~ Yasmine

"I'm working under a company as... guess what... a dancer." ~Ian.

"No wonder he is so good." Yasmine thought.

She wanted to talk more to him.

"But isn't it like in the middle of the night? I think it's better for you to get some sleep. Let's talk another time, okay?" ~Ian

She smiled.

He didn't know her, but he was already caring for her. He was right. It was already very late.

"Alright, see you later," she typed one last time before realizing she had missed a few calls from the group chat.

"Hmm... tomorrow, ladies. Goodnight." ~ Yasmine.

"Aah, this must be a dream," she murmured right before falling asleep.
